10,000 out of 10,000 O.M.G. What an absolutely phenomenal meal! I ordered the quesabirria with chicken (with the best consommé EVER) and a beef empanada! I must say, in all my years of eating Mexican cuisine I have never tasted such wonderful flavors. Everything was hot, fresh and well-seasoned. Even down to the sour cream! Now if you love cilantro like I do make sure you taste the cilantro dressing. It was superb! I can’t wait to go back and try something different. And last but not least, the kind young lady taking orders, exhibited such patience with her customers while answering the phone and expediting orders. She smiled the entire time. This Henry County hidden gem just made a new friend!

This place is delicious!!! You can smell the food on the outside as soon as you get out of the car. My brother recommended this place to me. Last night was my first visit!! I ordered the Birria Tacos and the Chalo fries!!! Those tacos literally melted in my mouth. They were stuffed full of cheese and meat. Most importantly the meat was so tender and flavorful!!! The fries were amazing as well! I can’t believe how many times I drove past this place! Chalo will be go to place for real, tasty, authentic ,Mexican food. The prices are reasonable as well. The customer service was through the roof! Please give them a try!!

I was craving nachos and this is the place I decided to go. First time for me and it was simply marvelous. It’s so easy to miss but so worth it! The food was made quick and it was delicious. I even had a fellow customer say that they had what I got yesterday. He had said, “it was so good.” I definitely recommend this place. Thank you Judith and the rest that makes this place so great.

The service, the food, drinks, etc— everything is spot on. Flavors are no short stop of seasoned, and portions? Especially for the price, you’ll get much more than you expect.

This is a small hole in the wall spot next to a gas station, but do not be fooled this spot it like that! The sweetest older Hispanic lady took my order and told me everything was good and she was not lying. A must try spot and the prices are way fare.

Great food at a great price fast. We stopped here on our road trip and it was perfect. We had dogs so we sat outside on the bench under a tree. Our dogs got to roam around and we got to eat.

Yes, yes, the 4.7 rating is real (it should be higher) but hey! You cannot please everyone!! Needless to say, I am VERY pleased with the food, service, and atmosphere.
Iris was welcoming and took the time to explain the menu as today was my FIRST visit to the establishment. Before I left, she explained the accompanying sauces she recommended be paired with my tacos (pork and chicken).
The establishment was very clean both inside and out. I highly recommend this hidden gem of a restaurant. It is worth the fight through the afternoon traffic.
