Lived in the area 10 years and finally tried this place. The food was amazing, staff was pleasant and the environment was nice. I almost didn’t want to write the review so I can keep this a hidden gem. The garlic aioli fries, loaded cauliflower and blueberry bbq chicken Sandwich were all perfect.

First time at wings and rings, the fried pickles were good but I like when they spicy sauce to go with them, the aioli fries were very good, maybe a different type of cheese on top (the melted one wasn’t my favorite) and the wings were good. My daughter got a chicken sandwich and devoured it. Would go back. The customer service was not bad but our waitress could’ve have checked in on us from time to time.

Came to dine in here, the environment was decent. Lots of tvs and slots to play. Food was pretty good had some wings and a few of the other appetizers. The place seemed unorganized as far as operations. The service was BAD. The person attending us was clearly not bothered to give good service. Made audible comments about being annoyed & not wanting to give us service. I completely understand people can have off days and I wanted to be understanding but it was just hard to enjoy even being there when the person serving you clearly doesn’t want to be there or help you. I’ve worked in the food industry so i definitely understand we have bad days but there’s a line of decency & professionalism you shouldn’t cross & the audible comments was one of them. At the end of dinner I noticed a few errors on the tab. Over charged for a few items & some of the drinks were rung in incorrectly, so double check your tabs. Overall the food was good, the environment was nice but based off the service alone I most likely won’t be back. It seemed like this was the norm here and that’s okay some places just roll that way.

I own Happy Hour Yoga just down from Wings and Rings. We go to W&Rs a lot. I always get the chicken salad – best salad! Tonight for the Bears game I ordered southern fried chicken wings and they WERE THE BEST CHICKEN WINGS I’VE EVER HAD! Our waitress was so great and so nice. Love it here and I recommend it totally!!

The food is delicious, but I definitely won’t be going when it snows. I almost fell because they don’t put salt in their parking lot… use caution.

For a neighborhood spot trying to compete in a market where wings truly define the experience, I always hope Wings and Rings will deliver—but I end up disappointed each time. Even on a Saturday night with maybe 10 tables seated, the service felt stretched, and the issues with the food stood out even more.
As a former chef, I know that wings are the true benchmark of good bar food. This place has the opportunity to be a go-to spot for college football on Saturdays and the NFL on Sundays, and honestly, it should be packed on a Saturday night. The potential is there, but the execution isn’t matching it.
The wings themselves come out consistently overcooked and dry, and the sauce never sticks—instead, it settles at the bottom of the bowl. I tried the new creamy asiago flavor, and while it was okay, it offered just one flat note and didn’t hold up well as a wing sauce.
The buffalo blue cheese fries tasted good but didn’t look anything like the menu photo, and they lacked that bold blue cheese punch you expect.
We love supporting local neighborhood businesses, but this place continues to fall short. I truly hope to see improvements, because Wings and Rings could be a great community hangout—it just needs more consistency and attention to the basics.

I have been a customer for many years and the service and quality is always great. Every server I have encountered has been friendly and accommodating. And the food quality for not just the wings, but all their items including the appetizers and sides has always been consistent. I highly recommend Wings and Rings over that other Buffalo joint because they have earned it.

Me and my boyfriend went to wings and rings for the first time and they made me feel like I was at home. The service was 10 out of 10 and the food was definitely 10 out of 10. We had the beer rubbed crunch chicken and that was so amazing and we also had the Parmesan aïoli fries. Definitely recommend on Tuesday. There are a lot of specials and we will be back thank you for the great service
