when i arrived i. the drive thru there were NO lights on in the parking lot. I placed my order i ordered a single with NO tomato due to allergies and my fries well done. when i drove to the window the employee was to busy talking to another employee instead of the customer. I told them the lights were off and proceeded to check my food which the burger had tomato and my fries were soggy. I have worked fast food and aren’t you supposed to listen to your customers and provide correct orders? I was very disappointed and I frequent Wendy’s a lot but now i’m not to sure.

It’s just a short drive away. If you need a reason, you already have one. Hop in the car; drive to Wendy’s. Full is all we really want to be. Hunger. I know you feel it too. Right here, At the Wendy’s, they solve that problem. Do you know how much food a Wendy’s has? More than you could possibly eat in one sitting. Think I’m wrong? Try. Try to eat a whole Wendy’s.

Never in the history of drive-thru’s have I seen what I did today. I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers add pickles and onion, an asiago chicken club, and a cheesey bacon double. When I received my food and got home. It was a regular chicken sandwich, 2 double cheeseburgers, and I guess a Dave’s single.

I would normally rate the food strictly on taste. But I did NOT get what I ordered. I specifically ordered a #6 –spicy chicken sandwich meal–. I asked to add cheese & add everything but no tomato or onion with a sweet tea to drink. I got a single burger. And the sweet tea was undrinkable because it tasted if it barely had any sugar in it at all. I seldom go to wendy’s because you literally never know if you will get what you ordered or if it will be made correctly.

Awesome fresh Chili and baked potatoes. The vanilla & chocolate frosty were delicious too.
Just FYI: 2 large chilies and two plain baked potatoes with a small vanilla and small chocolate Frosty took the entirety of a $20 bill lol.

Cheeseburger deluxe did not have lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on them, late lunch today. Plus the meat and bread was old. We had to trash after tasting! The manager did offer to replace per my call, knowing they were made wrong. They were not busy and I was the only one in the Drive-Thru. I realize you can make a mistake but please do not serve old, dried up food. They use to be made fresh, guess I need to ask for this or fix my own at home. A plus, drive-thru lady was very sweet.

Food is always horrible at this Wendy’s. They never can get anything right they don’t know how to read a screen and what kind of junior bacon cheeseburger is this with a tiny piece of bacon that’s cold to the touch.

I love their bacon breakfast wrap. It was hot, freshly made and delicious. My only gripe is the packaged sauce only comes in spicy. I can’t tolerate that so wish they offered mild as an option.

How is it that you can get an order through the drive through and not get a spoon for the chili you ordered or napkins. All that was in my bag was the sandwich and the chili. Ridiculous!!
