Food was good as always. I had an issue with my delivery driver so I called the store and the manager, Ashley, was incredibly kind, insightful, and helpful with my situation. She went above and beyond to help me and took precautions to make sure this issue doesn’t happen to anyone again, all the while helping me out on her end to remedy the situation to the best of her ability. I ordered a half chicken salad sandwich and the southwestern chicken salad with no avocado. I love this salad, but I absolutely do not like the amount of spines from the lettuce. So always sit and pick those out before eating. Now the chicken salad sandwich, I will never get again as it was entirely too sweet and I actually bit down on a small bone. Yeah, eat that at your own risk. I am giving warning because I was not. This go around was not a great experience.

The food at this Panera location was okay, pretty much what you’d expect. Unfortunately, the customer service really took away from the experience. I greeted the staff with “good morning” and said “thank you,” but didn’t receive any response back. The interaction felt cold and unwelcoming, which was disappointing. Good service goes a long way, and this visit definitely missed the mark.

November 4, late afternoon my wife and I dined here, And I’m happy to report that in general very good as but as usual. The coffee was cold, our cashier was kind enough to bring us our toasted bagels to our table and she replaced the coffee urns. I prefer to leave a tip after I dine, but my cashier lady had left for the day, so I was not able to compliment and tip her. Panera used to do a follow-up for members to respond, I No longer see that feature available.

Food was ok, I ordered the spicy steak asiago bagel stack, I don’t understand the hype but it was whatever. But the service was phenomenal, Zach, the cashier, was amazing, one of the sweetest kid’s I’ve met in a while, and the person who made my food, Ethan, was really helpful after I told him about my allergy to tomatoes. He changed gloves and washed his hands in front of me! Great service, ingredients could be better, and I’ll make sure to visit again!

Dirty store, waited 30 minutes for them to say they don’t have Broccoli cheddar soup, give us a horrible refund making me pay 21 for 2 half chicken BLTs, this was an insane wait, workers didn’t make it up to us at all, then the food ain’t even come out good sandwich fell apart after one bite. It was ridiculously busy for no reason and workers clearly ain’t ready for that. Fix this shit I had a terrible experience with my pops.

I ordered U Pick2, the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwhich and the Chicken Noodle soup. It took 20 minutes while my friend who ordered litterally a minute before me took 10 minutes. My sandwhich has onions,which I ordered with out (Not a huge deal) then the next sandwhich was litterally still cold in the middle and made in an extremely sloppy way. BBQ sauce dripping of of it, cheese on the top of the bread, not even fully warmed. Then my soup was lukewarm at best.

This place is average at best. Service has been lacking, as it has at most places during/since Covid. The food majorly lacks flavor since they’ve done an overhaul on ingredients. The chicken for the sandwiches looks and tastes like canned meat. We ordered a large mac and cheese and it wasn’t even a full container. Panera used to have really tasty food but changes have been made and it’s been continuously disappointing and just average, while also not being the cheapest. This place is fine if you’re just looking for an easy meal but no longer a family favorite. Also, I should add that online ordering has been a pain and calling in a simple order can take a solid 5 minutes. Would not return unless we really needed to.
