Me and my boyfriend went tonight and the fish was real dark like they hadn’t changed the grease in months the hush puppies was so over cooked they was so hard you couldn’t bite in to them I went in and had them give different ones I didn’t look at the new ones before leaving and got in are truck they was just as hard as the other ones so I threw them in the parking lot of long John’s sliver then my boyfriends shrimp was under cooked and the fish was under cooked I hope I don’t get sick if I do I am suing long John’s sliver cause I will go to the hospital and have it documented. And the dining room floor was really greasy ware someone could slip and hit the floor. Do not eat there . And me and my boyfriend will never go there again.

People were nice. Wouldn’t recommend if you want food poisoning! Went there last night and got 12# with fish instead of chicken and 10#. Fish wasn’t even fried all the way. Went home to eat it come to find out the batter isn’t barely even fried. Saw the lady in there taking them out for less than a minute just throwing them into a heating oven. Super sick at work today with diarrhea and nausea bc of the raw batter. Like I said don’t eat here unless you want food poisoning

Stopped by here on the way home from getting a Christmas tree. It was very difficult order through the drive thru. Finally had to drive around to the window. Was very clear about extra sauce. Was pulled to the side of the building to wait for 15-20 minutes. Got home with food to find we were missing some of our order, no sauce in bag and the food was not good. To far to turn around and go back to get the correct order. Even the drinks which were just Pepsi and Dr. Pepper did not taste right. Would not recommend. If I could have given a 0 I would have.

I continue to receive below average service from this facility. Is there a shortage or very high cost for you to give cocktail sauce? There is literally maybe a teaspoon of sauce in the soufflé cups. I have not received it so many times, that I called the Dasher to please ask for more. When she asked for it, the associate was rude to her and said I already put some in the bag. Then gave 2 more cups that were less than a teaspoon of sauce.

I’ve lived in Greenfield most of my life and I LOVE LJS’s so I’ve been to this location more times than I can count. It’s always looked like a condemned crack den, the owners have NEVER cared and/or valued the importance of reinvesting into their business and it’s always been hit or miss as far as food quality and service, but the last 6 or 7 years or so it’s gotten really really bad! I went from eating here about once a week to maybe once every 3-5 months.

Today I decided to come back after a 10 month hiatus since getting food poisoning for the 2nd time in a year from here and was very plenty surprised by a new employee. All I can say is I absolutely loved Cooper!!! He was extremely polite, patient, sweet and kind and made sure my food was made fresh for me! I sure hope you treat him better than past employees so he’ll stay and I can start coming back regularly again!!

Oh, and for the love of fish and shrimp, if you’re going to continue letting your building and business deteriorate as you have for the last 30 years, at the very least do something about the weeds and overgrown landscaping!!!! Not just for the appearance, but it also attracts and becomes a breeding ground for rodents and other pests!!
