Super rainy day, the place was completely empty except for the employees. I ordered the tailgate meal plus a freshly made box of booberry biscuits. The freshly made biscuits were burnt. The biscuits that came with the tailgate were old and hard. The dirty rice was at best lukewarm. The chicken tasted like it had sat all day. Super disappointed in what has always been a great option. Maybe just this location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The fries were warm, soft and creamy on the inside and crunchy on the outside with the right amount of seasoning. The Cajun Chicken Filet on a biscuit was warm, crunchy and somewhat spicy on the exterior and on the inside the chicken was tender. The biscuit was warm, flaky and fell apart a bit. The biscuit and Cajun fries were terrific. The chicken wasn’t anything special. Gave the cinnamon twist a try and it was dry and again nothing special. Service was good and didn’t have to wait long to get out food. Everything was fresh so that’s a bonus. Will give it another try.

The Russian manager is super rude. I go every day after work to get an Arnold Palmer. I’m a regular there every single night and by the time I get out of work and make it there I get there from 10 to 10:05 which is considered closing but they still have the Arnold Palmer area up and I am always helped unless it is her. If this keeps occurring, they will lose a very frequent customer

Asked for a light brown cheddar bo and the biscuit lady didn’t want to do it so I had to ask for a fresh one and still heard her complaining even though I told them the reason why I asked for it, the cashier was nice, did an excellent work.

The fries and biscuits are amazing. Chicken,coleslaw,masted potatoes, cinnamon twists, sweet tea and even the ranch was meh. I did find a black and gray/white hair on the lid of my Cole slaw. So take it for what it is. KFC and Popeyes has there issues. But I have had much better. Will not be writing home about this one.

If zero stars were an option that is what I would have chosen. We have always loved this location from when my husband was stationed here. We drive miles out of our way to get here but we won’t be back. Each time is worse. Today my chicken Supremes were so well done that you couldn’t bite into it, it might as well have been rocks. I understand everyone is short handed and times are rough but this is poor quality and terrible work ethic.
