I had an awful experience with an employee, I’m assuming she was management. I went in and asked for my order and she handed me the order. I confirmed the order on my device and began to walk away. She began yelling telling me I have to show her my device. I was walking to the door. She began yelling even louder and demanding the food back. She followed me outside continuously yelling and I turned around and asked her to leave me alone. She then begin to yell saying I was no longer welcome and begin to write my license plate number down. At this point, I feel uneasy and I asked her to call the cops and have me CT as she stated. She was demanding my name and told me she was going to get me fired from door dash. She went into the store I went in to get her name so I could report her. Another employee told me I was no longer allowed to door dash there. I told him that I needed her name. I left and have never been treated as a their and so unprofessional at this establishment. The order was late to the customer and I had to explain. Following me and being aggressive is very unprofessional as a manager. Threatening to have me lose a job is diabolical. I will no longer enter this establishment.

Huge shoutout to the Taco Bell night crew — they absolutely crushed it!
I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito, and it was honestly the best one I’ve ever had. It was fully stuffed, perfectly warm, and the ingredients were balanced beautifully throughout. No giant glob of cheese sitting at the end — every bite had the perfect mix of everything!
Totally worth the trip, and I’m definitely coming back!

If I could give y’all zero stars I would. I literally just walked out of y’all’s restaurant because the young black teen was running his mouth about not wanting to take my order. The kid has zero work ethic and didn’t want to do the job y’all are paying him for. Went to jaggers and they treated me excellently from the moment I walked in the door.

I actually drive the extra miles to go to this one because the one off the loop near gilmer rd by my house sucks. This one the customer service is always good the food is made with the correct portions unlike the other one where you have to damn near beg for meat on anything. Overall for a tacobell its good. The one off the loop needs new management!

I wouldn’t eat here if I was starving. I watched a young man who couldn’t keep his pants up keep pulling his underwear up with his gloves on! Plus there was like 10 staff on shift and I wasn’t even acknowledged once. Stood here for 10 plus mins before I got a snobby “can I help you” they all knew I was standing there.

Had to order on computer after waiting to order for 15 minutes a customer told me nice lady . But bathroom clean…. Should have more employees working here when. I was order 5 people left bc only one computer was working .. if your not having cashier then have both of the computer work … Clean bc it looks like only people go through the drive thru.. p.s. if you pay cash tell one off them bc they don’t make your order til you pay I been waiting over 30 minutes all ready for my meal…

The Manager 10/23/25 7:45 pm screaming at people for using the restroom, is a real put off… I feel bad for that kid. Management shouldn’t be screaming *im a manager you ask me before going to the bathroom* infront of a store full of people, while walking around qith her arms crossed not helping anybody, like shes some god. and I watched him go in and out, i was using the restroom too, he was fast, aint like he took all day. Pathetic

We always order the 2 Chalupa combo meals and for the past 3 orders it’s been cold, stale, and broken in pieces. I’m ordering one last time tonight and if it’s not up to par it’ll be my last.
