Guy working barely spoke higher than a whisper. Charged us for all the toppings we wanted but did not put them on our Phillies. Went to ask what was up and he went and hid in the back. The food we got was delicious but not getting everything we paid for was insulting

I usually really like these guys when I go in, they know my order and everything. But this time I’m not happy. God forbid you go there after 7:45, they won’t be happy. Forgot chips with nachos and didn’t even ask about veggies on rice bowl. Whomever does training needs to have a talk with closing staff.

This was the 2nd time I’ve eaten at a Pepper Jax Grill and we definitely enjoyed the food! It was prepared in front of us, and to order, so we knew that it was fresh. I would say that it was a little pricey, but these days, that’s what you have to expect…but it was quick, good food and a clean, nice lobby!

I stop by to grab a sandwich while I was in town it was the 1st time I’ve ever been here. The staff was friendly enough and they did have some begin options on the menu but the flavor was a bit lacking on the veggie philly sandwich… place was clean and I would go back to try another option.

We stopped into the Pepperjax in Grand Island Ne. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant, the friendly staff and the food was excellent. The manager Brittany went above and beyond to make our experience great. Thanks again! We’ll be back!

I went in today for father’s day. The younger guy was respectful and nice so I tipped him but the older guy on the grill was so rude to me. Not sure if he doesn’t like woman or what his problem was but he was only nice to my boyfriend. He talked down to me like I was stupid and really made me mad. If I ever come in and he’s working again I will immediately leave. I don’t go out to eat to get spoken to like a child. The guy obviously hates his job and needs to look into something else. The younger guy was nice to everyone on the line but was super rude and unprofessional to whoever he was talking to in the drive thru over his headset. I guess I will not be coming back depending on who’s working because no one deserves to be treated like that.
