Honestly, very disappointed with the upside down pie. It was highly recommended and for me didn’t live up to the hype. This pie should be covered in sauce, hence the “upside down”.
The fried zucchini sticks and regular slices were great.
I will definitely return but not for the upside down pie.

Consistently delicious! Tonight I went to the restaurant intending to enjoy a dish such their perfectly cooked eggplant rollatini or a simple Grandma slice. Either choice would have been fantastic. But, for what ever reason I chose the Oriental salad with grilled chicken, tonight . Wow! Wow! WOW!
And to top it off, enjoying with great friends was the icing on the cake.

This place is like a small size Italian restaurant/Pizzeria. The menu has a good amount of selections. Keep in mind some of their entrees/heros have additional side charges (sauce, chicken, peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)
My son ordered a Penne Vodka Sauce ($19.95) w/grill chicken ($5.95)…$25.90. He could have had it Olive Garden and get garlic bread sticks, soup/salads at no extra charge. Just saying, diners can enjoy more at venues where they offer a little perks.
Overall, the foods are good and the tables arrangement is somewhat tight. They try to setup as many tables as they could in the main dining area and expanding into the annex room recently added.

Absolutely loved this place! I ordered for pickup and was honestly blown away by how amazing everything was from how easy and smooth the ordering process was and how helpful and efficient the employees working on the counter. It was amazing how perfect the food turned out Even as a pickup order, the quality was outstanding: fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Highly recommend!

We have eaten here 3 Wednesdays in a row at about 5:00. The food is excellent and in line with market pricing. The service is friendly, accurate and prompt. The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant; the only area for improvement would be, they need soft background music to complete the ambience. Great Italian food!

We were looking forward to a nice dinner here only to be totally disappointed in the food and service. Upon our arrival the sign says wait to be seated. We were shouted at from across the room by the waitress asking if we wanted to be seated. It was downhill from there. The waitress was rude from beginning to end. The salad had sliced provolone and the bread arrived at the end of our meal. The linguini with pomodoro sauce was horrendous. I have never seen or tasted anything so unappetizing and vile. It looked as if it was scraped from the bottom of the barrel. I would never recommend this restaurant.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My husband and I order from La Madona often, and the food has always been great—until today.
We ordered an upside-down pie and a cheesesteak. After waiting an hour and a half, our order arrived cold, and instead of a pie we received a single upside-down slice that was mostly crust, along with the cheesesteak.
I called and explained that we ordered a pie, not a slice. The girl said the order showed a slice and asked if we wanted it remade. When I asked if it would take another hour and a half, she said “yeah, pretty much,” and clearly didn’t care.
I asked to speak to the owner, and the same girl came back on the phone. No apology, no effort to fix the situation.
It’s really disappointing because the food is usually great, but the front desk customer service is terrible. We won’t be ordering from here again.

The food was amazing. Best barbecue wings I have had. However, the atmosphere and seating was very tight. The service was good and I would recommend going if you don’t mind being a little cramped.

Our favorite pizza spot! Hands down the best vodka pie my husband and I have ever had. We love ordering pizza from here, and we recommend the square vodka pie, upside down pie & the fried raviolis. Staff are always friendly and helpful. You need to try their pizza!!

I ordered through Uber Eats for pickup from this place, which is literally around the corner from my house. The app notified me that my food was ready, so I went to pick it up. When I arrived, the girl at the register couldn’t find my order.
Long story short, they eventually found it—but only after I showed up, and then sent it to the kitchen to start making it. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that the order slipped through the cracks, and no basic customer service.
I ended up waiting over 45 minutes, while my wife and three kids (all under 4 years old) were at home waiting to eat. Of course I was annoyed, especially given the complete lack of communication or hospitality.
When the food was finally ready, the young guy working there practically threw the food at me. The entire experience showed a lack of maturity, lack of customer service, and zero hospitality.
Very disappointing experience.
