Decided to try the Fat burrito and YIKES was that a mistake!! The greeting I got from the only employee there was, ” it’ll be a minute” as she worked in the slowest possible way. When she finished making the person’s meal ahead of us, she slowly, and I do mean slowly, walked over and asked us what we wanted while acting so annoyed that we were even there. Waited until after we ordered to tell us the soda was flat and to get the lemonade. I had to go into the Walmart and buy a drink for the person with me that couldn’t have the lemonade. Her attitude was horrible. The burrito was horrible and the service was beyond bad. I’ll never eat at that Charleys again.
I gave 2 stars for the food because the chicken cheesesteak was good but my fries were barely warm and that burrito…… ugh, that burrito…..disgusting!

I normally don’t write reviews but this place is horrible. My husband and I eat at Charley’s a good amount. We normally order at different one and have it delivered through door dash. We were in Walmart and decided to pick up food to take home. His boneless wings are burnt and my cheesesteak is missing half of the steak and is just plain bread. My husband called them and the cook answered the phone and told him that the chicken is bad and that’s why it looks that way. So why would they even sell it? My husband asked for a refund and the guy told him if he brings the food back then he’ll refund us. He was very rude to us. Please don’t eat here, you might get sick off of their food.

I always love stopping in here whenever I’m at Walmart! Much better than any of the other Walmarts in the area that have Subway or something else. The food is always prepared how I ask and quickly! The owner is almost always there and he has always been friendly and helpful!
