I found out today it does no good to order via app. First they don’t start your order until you check in. Company policy, fine. But when there is no line in front of you and you check in at the drive thru and they have you pull “up by the door” only to sit there almost 20 minutes from the time of checking in at the drive thru speaker. Watching 5 vehicles pull in the drive thru behind you and get their orders. Your order finally comes out as the 6th vehicle got theirs. “We get slammed everyday around this time.” Maybe prepare for that rush better if it happens everyday. If I had placed my order via the dive thru speaker would I have waited as long?

This is the WORST Wendy’s that you could possibly stop at. The girl taking your order mumbles and then gets huffy when you ask her to repeat what she said. The burger buns were ice cold as if they had sat in a refrigerator then slapped in your , what seemed to be, day old l, very overcooked meat. The baconator had 2 pieces of bacon in the whole sandwich. The fries were like chewing on cold rubber. You couldn’t even bite the ones that had skin on them because the skin was rock hard. Even the chili was luke warm.
The floors are covered in crumbs, dirt and used salt packets.

This is possibly the nasty Wendys on earth. The people that work there are slugs, in my opinion. No future heart surgeons here. Lol. Just cannot make a sandwich. 3 days. 3 times. Wrong. I asked the manager, do they even care if the order is correct? She said they should. I said do they? No reply. I feel for her. She has snotty aholes to deal with as employees but customers feel the scabs hate. I will never go through drive thru again. inside I will open my entire order and very loudly pronounce mistakes. Please do the same. If everyone would not go to drive thru for 2 set days. It would be so good these jerks get it back.
