Very good chipotle at much needed spot. As someone else mentioned many other chipotle has gone down hill after Covid by many reason quality , quantity , service , staffs attendance , cleanliness, staffs friendliness . All these has been a pleasant surprise from this store and try out once.

• staff say that certain toppings or items were missing (sour cream, spoons, some meat options) or out of stock when we visited — even when the restaurant wasn’t busy. 
• we specifically noted that most items were out when we visited and had to make do with limited options in bowl. 

Spoons and utensils
• many locations often having spoons only available upon request or seeming “out of” spoons. This location staff mentioned spoons are not available though we requested them.

One of the worse chipotle I’ve been to. I was trying to see if this location had better tasting food, but I was very disappointed again. I don’t know what happened. Chipotle’s food has no flavor anymore. Meat has not been savory and no lime/zest in anything for the past couple visits (months, maybe over a year) I’ve made.

I should have just gone to another place and that was my fault. From 3 cars flying into the lot to the guy who starts your order not saying anything. I tried to be nice and said hi to acknowledge him. I’m not sure if he was ready or not because he was putting on his gloves. After a min of staring contest, I guess I’ll start my order. Lol the next section worker doesn’t say anything either. What happened? I get it: Minimum wage, over-worked and tired.

I’ll be understanding and try to be fair. I’m neutral about the workers. Food on the other hand, 1 star. I almost threw it away after 3 bites, but I paid almost $15. Probably my last visit. Thank you, it was good while it lasted.

Stopped by this Chipotle and had a solid experience. The staff was friendly, the food line moved quickly, and everything was fresh and well-portioned. The place was clean and had plenty of seating, which isn’t always the case at busy spots. Perfect for a quick lunch or grab-and-go dinner when you want something tasty and filling.

Madisyn is hands down one of the best employees Chipotle has. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She handled my order quickly and accurately while still taking the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made the whole experience better. Employees like Madisyn are the reason I keep coming back she’s a true asset to the team and deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service.

It was a way above average experience! The chips were delicious (not too salty, as I’ve experienced as of late) with the guacamole. I did forget to grab a fork and napkins, but that’s solely on me, not the restaurant.

Asked me how they could make it right, as somebody that lives around the corner from the mall I will always drive to this location for their customer service. Visited this location as it was the one closest available for us. There were only 4 other customers, but most of the items were out. We ordered a veggie burrito bowl, and the food tasted okay. Good parking lot and nice interior.

This is very typical for a Chipotle restaurant. Almost all of the Chipotle restaurants seemed to go downhill during covid but have returned nicely. The food is good, although the prices have definitely risen considerably lately. I especially like having counter service for food because you can come and go as you please without the pressure of wait staff and you don’t have to tip anybody.

The manager on 10/26 at 7pm hung up on me because she didn’t want to provide an acceptable response to my order issue. I believe her name is Jessica and she should be fired for her lack of customer service experience towards her customers. She was rude, obnoxious, had an attitude like we were inconveniencing her before abruptly hanging up the phone. I will be contacting customer service and the district manager to report my experience as well as seek a refund for the parts of my order that were missing. Unacceptable experience. Find a new manager.
