Came here with my girlfriend for our 1 year anniversary. We both had busy days so this place was convenient for us. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive, she made sure we had everything we needed, shoutout to her. I ordered their signature burger with a side of fries. The burger was very underwhelming, nothing stood out from the patty to the toppings. The menu also stated a $0.25 charge for basic add ons, such as ketchup or mustard, that’s very disappointing. I will say that they had good fries. To end on a good note I will say that they had good drinks. If I come again it will definitely be because of their cocktails offerings.

Service and atmosphere are great. My first experience with their burger 6 days ago was phenomenal. Like, best in the country good. Now, their idea of medium rare is medium well, and their idea of a medium rare hanger steak, is purple rare. Drinks were fantastic! Sweet potatoes fries are to die for. Service was superb. Kitchen needs more consistency. The restaurant was kind enough to take the hanger steak off our tab on their own because it was overcooked the first time and they didn’t even let it come out to us, and that speaks volumes to their character and customer service. Second go it was rare but we ate it because it was still delicious.

First things first..Regina is the majority of the reason I liked this place! She was welcoming , warm, and made great suggestions. The crispy wings: HOLY MOLY! Those are top tier and UNDENIABLY good wings. The perfect crisp, the sauce (honey glaze i think) is out of this world. And the dipping sauce just adds onto the flavor. WOW! I would come back for those alone. I had the short rib pasta and my partner had the bayou pasta. We both agreed that the bayou pasta was better than the short rib. But both were good. Great flavor to the shrimp on the bayou and same for short rib. Also, no shortage of meat for the short rib which is always a plus! Idk what people in the reviews are complaining about. The drinks were great! I got the endless something or other lol it was an old fashioned. Lasty, the dessert was ok. Nothing special, but great way to end the night. It was DEAD when we first came in (Around 8pm, possibly after dinner rush) so completely understandable. Bar area started filling up as night went on. The vibe wasnt my cup of tea, but thats ok. I came for food not for friends lol . A bit pricey tbh but what isnt nowadays? 3 drinks , 2 pastas , dessert came out to $140+tip. What can ya do! Overall good food ,good drinks, and good service.

The food was amazing I ended up getting the meatloaf and my friend got the smoked salmon. I really enjoyed my meal although my friend said the sauce on the salmon was a bit too salty we both still enjoyed it. They had an apple cider mule cocktail that was absolutely amazing I would 100% recommend this if you go!

I came for lunch and there was no wait. We were seated right away. The restaurant wasn’t packed, and the waitress was friendly. My only issue was that she kept disappearing, and we had to ask for her a couple of times. The food was alright, It was hit or miss it wasn’t consistent but the drinks were great.

Went here for our company year-end get-together and did not leave disappointed! Service, food, atmosphere and time were the best. Can easily recommend any of the appetizers from the wings and bacon cheese toast to the brussel sprouts.
I had the meatloaf and it so good that it reminded me of my grandmother’s home cooking. It was that good.

I personally found their cocktails too sweet for my liking. If I did go back, I’d specifically ask to tone down the sweetness in my Manhattan. I don’t order Old Fashioneds for that reason–too sweet. A well balanced Manhattan isn’t that difficult to make.
The highlight for the table was surprisingly their wings. They were VERY good!! The prep and the sauce that came with on the side. The rest was just okay.

They have shady business practices
You will be charged a “market sustainability fee of 3%” they will pass all fees and expenses on to the consumer to eye gouge your wallet,( optional but will never tell you, it is not unique to this restaurant but the industry in general shady when it appears)
3% for using a credit card fee, there tip suggestion start at around 20% and goes higher from there like the prices alone were not shady.
If you come in with a small group tips are required and all ready put on the check on top of asking you for a second tip once that is done.
To get a idea of prices
2 burgers that come with fries and 2 very small mac and cheeses, and 1 drink, with no tip you can expect to spend $71 with all fees, just for that and if you just tip for the heck of it expect to pay closer to $86 with tip and all fees for that amount of food.
Math break down
burger’s with fries 20+20 mac and cheeses (10+10 very small bowl) your at $60 so far, no drinks yet, no tips, no fees added (yet)
Food Taste
We ordered the classic signature burgers with Fries and the mac and cheeses ,they tasted like they got reheated up in a microwave the fries were dry and stale also like they were prepared earlier in the day and just heated up in the microwave. The mac and cheeses were really good though but the bowl you get was so small, for anyone that ever ordered a side of cream and chicken we’re talking about that size not worth the price tag on that.
Improvement suggestions
1. Remove the fees, and or ask the customer upon the check if they would like to add a market sustainability charge to help the restaurant, not add it and hope they don’t ask about it,
2. Give bigger portions of mac and cheeses and or reduce the price to $5 to reflect the quantity,
3. Lower the tip suggestions 15, 20, 25,
4. Dont pass the credit card fee on to the customer.
5. Make the food fresh, or if old inventory needs to go offer a discount for reheated food.
This was my honest review and as someone that used to come here from 2019 to 11/18/25 this place has gone down hill greed is all you see with lazy cooking.

Table seating was tight. Wait staff was phenomenal. Large selection of spirits. All orders are individually prepared when you order. Shrimp and grits was deemed outstanding. My glazed salmon and potatoes was incredibly well prepared and delicious. The potatoes were sautéed and the dish had a very unique (tasty) flavor. Parking is problematic but patience pays off because there is a large public lot a block away and street parking.

First time here for me and my boys. We came on a Sunday and it was a very clean and inviting atmosphere. Our server was very pleasant and checked on us often even after she mentioned they were short-handed. The food was very good, my burger was cooked to perfection. The pork belly and bacon dip appetizers were amazing. Desserts were very good as well. Little bit high on the price side, but it’s definitely worth it, and we will be back again.
