Honestly my review is way overdue. The staff here are very kind and conversational! My partner and I are regulars at this location since it’s an easy after-work meal for vegetarians that don’t always want to cook lol. There are great options and they prepare the food very well! We always appreciate their kindness and care in making sure our food is right without any meat, even when we swap out ingredients. They even double checked once when we ordered for family! We always recommend this location above the rest, just for the staff alone. They go the extra mile and make our evenings a little better. 🙂

I ordered on the self-service kiosk and paid for my order by Credit Card, then proceeded to the counter to inform the back that I wanted the fries that were added to the two orders on the side. First, they said I couldn’t get it on the side. I told them that they had done it before several times. They finally did the side order, but short-changed me one order of FRIES that I paid for. Then, when I called them out on it, they were rude and talking behind my back in the kitchen, and I clearly heard them. SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. What has happened to customer service these days? SAD, SAD, SAD.

Hardest workers in the industry. Seen them get in the weeds and handle it well, watched them handle irrational customers and then go back to the weeds like nothing and food still on point. Always friendly, always polite, and just beautiful people all around. Thank you for making my bad days better….It really doesn’t take much. Hope all these workers stay blessed Be nice to these folks!

I bought food for 3 people. It was very affordable. I normally do not go to taco bell so maybe I’m missing something. I had the crunch wrap Supreme and was hoping it was better. I never had it before; so maybe it’s actually normal? I know most foods do not match what’s advertised but I think I’ll pass next time and get a basic soft taco.. See pics. Hardly any meat, cheese or sour cream and tons of tomato.

Ordered the crunchy taco supreme combo through the drive through. Order was processed quickly and all was well until I got home. The crunchy taco shells smelled and tasted like they were fried in old oil. Completely inedible and disgusting. I was so craving some good tacos and was so disappointed. This is my first bad review and will actually call their headquarters or equivalent to complain.

I went to Taco Bell in La Plata, MD to buy food for myself and my two friends. We get there and place our order in the drive through and everything was good. We get to the window and they tell me the price and it was way higher than what it said on the screen. I said whatever and paid for it. So then we got our food and it’s missing three items we ordered. We also ordered sour cream on the side for our meal and they just throw an empty container in our bag and call it good. As the lady handed me my bag and I drove off she laughed as well. Terrible service, bunch of child like adults working there also. Would not recommend coming to this location.

Don’t bother with this taco bell. Drive a little further and go to one that actually maintains food times. My orders always include something with beans (cheesy bean & rice, bean burrito, 5 layer burrito, etc) and 9/10 times the beans will be old, cracked, and stale.
The beans are obvious to notice because anyone who’s had beans can easily tell the difference between beans that have dried up and ones that are still edible.
Which means, if the beans are old and dried up. All of the other food must be too. Please don’t eat at this taco bell. Any of the others will give you better food. Someone needs to get this place a manager than forces them to maintain the times on when to throw out old food.
