This used to be one of the best KFCs around sadly not the case AT ALL anymore. I was truly disgusted just looking at our food and did not eat any of it due to fear of it being rancid. The drive through window was covered in greasy finger prints which was my initial red flag. The gravy they gave me was like a gel and super dark brown. Place gave dirty vibes just from the drive through window I can only imagine what it actually looks like in the kitchen

I ordered a spicy mac bowl and my friend got a chicken tender dinner. First, we couldn’t understand anything the person was saying. Then, they didn’t give us a total at the speaker, so I could have gotten the money ready for them, cuz God knows I wasn’t about to give them my debit card. Get up to the window. Takes three tries for us to understand what the rude, young “lady” with fake, blond braids was saying. Not being able to understand her made the lengthy process take even longer.
We didn’t get any silverware or napkins, had to ask for it. They gave us three napkins and one fork to share. My mac bowl was a third full, usually, the bowls are overflowing. Guess that’s a good thing, since it ended up getting me violently ill. My friend was fine. What a great location lol. They can at least aim for minimal standards of supplying utensils and speaking clear English, instead of mumbling through marbles, with an attitude.

BLACK MOLD!!!!! DISGUSTING black mold in dining room , thick grime all over chairs mold in the drink dispenser. Place smelled lile throw up, sticky dirty floors How is this place not shut down I can even imagine what the kitchen looks like. Threw my food out. Calling the health department this is unacceptable

Just sad service. Wrong order. Photo says it all. Wish they had better service. A hello would have been nice. A robot would have been nicer … but I didn’t let on about how bad it was. I was getting food to bring to someone. What a mess they made by jamming it all in one bag. The other orders that the girls packed were in two bags. Guess they need to train manager. No crispy chicken for our order, no offer to wait for it, although I did wait a long time. I hope others had a better meal.

We came in the drive through and was not greeted at all. Orderd a simple two piece dinner with two sides. Waited 40 minutes for the food. And the order was wrong! Employees should know the difference between a breast and a thigh. I did not get my sides either. Extremely frustrating!!!!

I quit going here for a long time due to the rude and unsanitary staff a long time ago. I made numerous complaints to corporate and one day, I got a call from someone saying that he was the NEW store manager and asked about my previous experiences. He said that he FIRED the rude employees and we had a great conversation because KFC was my first job EVER and taught me SO much about standards in the food industry and about customer service. So, after he assured me it would be better, I went back and it was the same crap. After another long while, I went the other day during lunch time. The staff was friendly, wearing hats and gloves for the first time that I’d ever seen there! The food was hot. Only thing was that they forgot my sauces and I had to go back in. I’m rating three stars because if past experiences, but it would’ve been ZERO before if I could’ve rated it that. It seems to be doing a lot better now, at least during lunch hours.

waited in drive thru line for a half hour with only two cars in front of me. after that half hour they said did not have what i wanted prepped and told me i’d need to wait 15 minutes. i got something else instead and 2/3 items in the order were wrong, no utensils or napkins. the person at the window had good service though.

Lobby is closed at 8pm even though the sign posted shows that it is supposed to be open until 10pm. The woman at the drive through was rude, so I went elsewhere.

Ever since the staff demographic changed the quality at this location (Willoughby Ohio) has went down the drain. Nothing is ever available, you are almost certainly going to have to pull up and wait for something, the interaction overall just isn’t friendly or inviting. I used to drive out of my way to this one, now I’ll keep going even more out of my way to the one where you can hear the smiles through the drive thru speaker. Food is always available and fresh, and you are treated as if they appreciate your business.
