Pulled up for a drive-thru at 10:35pm on a Saturday and the staff told us that we would be the last customers for the night which was fine because we understood that they were closing at 11pm. Then as we pulled up to the window, it says there’s new hours which is AT MIDNIGHT. The staff even sounded rude and rushed when we were ordering the food. My friends and I were being respectful and considerated of the times and people behind us. We had some missing orders as the result which left everyone very upsetting. The staff did not greet or provide any customer service, not even try. This is easy so far the worst Macdonald’s franchise I have been in in Maine.

Slowest drive thru I’ve ever seen or experience. The line is always at least until the entrance whether we’re driving by or trying to visit. Update to the app doesn’t allow for you to change how you get your order anymore, so you’re stuck for about 15 minutes in line, if “lucky”. I’ve maybe gotten one order correct when I didn’t have to go inside for a correction. Last visit we spent $3+ per plain ice cream and the guy working was pretty rude and the cups were half empty. Incredibly disappointing. Too expensive for what you’re getting now. It shouldn’t be cheaper to get a meal at Applebee’s, but it is.

Horrible customer service. They were out of several items for happy meals. The kid taking the order acted like he didnt want to be there. The last time I went there they didnt put the nuggets in either happy meal. I got 2 happy meals. I had to drive back and get them after having to go park and wait for the “fries” to cook for 12 minutes!!! 2nd time in a row going there with issues. Dont go there!!!

This place has continuously gone downhill over the past few weeks. I go through daily for unsweetened tea and a half-cut tea and they haven’t got it right in weeks. Order lemon, you get lemonade. Today the half-cut was half coffee and half tea. Nearly threw up with that first sip. I’m not sure how a tea order can be so difficult, I’m assuming the help doesn’t get trained. Only a few more chances before I drive to the next closest McDonalds

Took another chance today, March 1st. Ordered and paid for a large iced tea at the drive thru. Realized too late that I received a medium. Are these people practicing how much they can mess up.

I selected my meal at the kiosk but did not allow me to purchase so I then defaulted to paying at the register. I did not expect to be the only one in line and to wait a literal 15 minutes just so I can get to pay for my meal. It wasn’t until a 2nd and 3rd person lined up that I became important. I understand possibly being short staffed but to completely forget the customers in the lobby is absurd. I can only hope this gets better.

Tell me how exactly 1030 in the morning when they started lunch that my burgers disgusting. The bun is hard. The meat is dry in my fries are hard as a rock explain to me and as one of the managers pass it out to me never go in here again if I were, you don’t go go to Chick-fil-A. I’m definitely going to go to Chick-fil-A from now on and I’m a McDonald’s girl throwing through but not the Westbrook one in Maine never again will they get my money?

Literally waited in the drive-through for 45 minutes and had to leave without receiving my food because I was late for an appointment. There were only four cars ahead of me when I got in line. When I went in to see what was going on there were four employees in the kitchen with absolutely no food going out. Having worked at McDonald’s before, I can think of absolutely no reason for this poor of service.

I don’t go to McDonald’s very often due to the over price of items, and overall many bad experiences which getting burgers without the meat… But this one, I had a couple of days ago, and the only negative thing I can say besides the cost, was how slow it was. The place didn’t seem to be busy, and the car in front of me was at the window waiting on food for like 5 min, then when it was my turn, it was another 4 – 5 min. Looking into the window, there was a lot of standing around and talking. I guess the concept of multitasking eludes some. From someone that has many years of experience working/running kitchens, this was pretty bad for how slow they were at the time I went in.

I came here on November 29th 2025 and the service was much worse than usual. We sat in the drive through for 20 minutes, just for them to give us the wrong cheeseburgers, and a black coffee instead of a coke. I am usually considerate of new employees but both employees working in the drive through seemed like they had never worked a day in their life. They asked us to repeat what we wanted 4 times yet they still messed up. Three cars sped out of the drive through as they were waiting along with us in the line.

This was the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been in. It took 35 minutes to get my Egg Mcmuffin meal. When I received my meal the muffin was not toasted. The eggs and ham.were cold. I will.never go to this Mcdonalds again. I witnessed everyone have their order messed up.
