This place is incredible, from cuisine to atmosphere and everything in between. I even met the family who run the restaurant and they were all so kind and sweet. The food is really healthy, creative, unique, homey, cozy and warm (perfect after a chilly evening). Overall I highly recommend this place.

Went on a Sunday late morning and they had delicious grits and spinach, a great carrot punch and delicious chocolate chip gluten free cookies. Super nice and friendly, will be back!

Driving through on a long road trip and really excited to find a vegetarian restaurant along the way. Sol and Sage was amazing! They were serving Puerto Rican food that day. Everything was incredibly delicious. They explained the options really well and provided great service. We are going to stop back through next weekend on our way back.

Very sweet family owns this vegetarian restaurant. I found this spot while meandering around downtown looking for somewhere age appropriate for my children and myself to dine at. My kids are usually picky eaters, but they chowed down on this food bc the taste is on point! We are definitely coming back regularly. A+ all the way around! (I tend to prefer quaint, modest spots and this place was perfect for me.) I will take pictures and post them next time.
