Amazing! Even though this restaurant was slammed, our waitress will still extremely attentive and kind. Food took a little bit to come out (which I would expect from a full restaurant, so no shame) but it was definitely worth the wait. Fantastic every time I’ve been here. Will be returning again.

We placed a Togo order and waited 55 minutes. We understood we would need to wait since it was a busy night. My sister kept asking for an update every 15 minutes and they would tell her it was being worked on. She asked Kyleigh 3 separate times and at the 55 minute mark they asked her for a receipt (that she had to ask for to be given) and then proceeded to tell her the order was never placed. WE WAITED 55 MINUTES. This is unbelievable and unacceptable they didn’t even compensation and we initially left a 33% tip but we asked for a refund. DO NOT GO HERE, save your time.

This location has went completely downhill. I guess it depends on the manager on duty. However today I entered to place a order, almost everyone behind the counter had something in their hands, drinking, phones, etc. The cook(young lady) was bend over the grill with her phone texting, and then put the phone away and started to cook the food! This is so disgusting. Especially to be preparing people’s food. No one never washed their hands after drinking or being on their phones. One worker was picking in his facial hair…,,behind the counter while food was being prepared!!!!!!

Service… this was the only bad part.. The man who sat us down was nice .. The kid who took my order was bad.. I don’t eat beef or pork and I point to the Texas chicken paddy melt.. I ask that the bacon not be added to my sandwich.. he bring my food out with a sausage paddy? The couple behind us order was wrong too.. Walking in this afternoon it seems like nobody was there but then once we got served, I realized why. We weren’t ever really formally greeted. We walked in, sat down and still weren’t greeted after giving our order when we did receive it. It was wrong and I could not even receive a simple coffee until towards the end of the meal. Ordered a steak, medium rare, but got it medium, Even when we let our disprove or known, it seemed like the staff were super defensive. Overall, I don’t think it’s fair Service and meal especially in this economy.

I visited this morning, and the service was pretty quick. I was sat, fed, and out within 30 minutes. The toast was, well, if we’re being nice, “extra crispy”. In real terms, it was burnt. I also don’t enjoy that Waffle House just slaps the cheese on the hash browns instead of spreading it around. The waitress did check on us, but I had to downgrade my rating for the atmosphere because Waffle House is known to rush you, and they give you the check before you start eating. It’s nice to be able to get up and go, but at the same time, let me eat first.

But the service was beyond terrible. CJ or Kj or whoever acted like I was bothering her everytime I spoke to her.but the worst of it all Was Lauryn my server. I literally just sat down and she asked if we were ready to order I said no. Then she just stared at me as if I said something weird. Then 2 minutes later shes asking again LIKE CAN I LOOK AT THE MENU. I wanted to order something different..then I said no ..3rd time
Again a minute later shes hounding me .so I just got pissed off and ordered what I usually order .by this time I wanted someone else I was done with this girl.
If I ever go back hopefully I get someone else

The food was delicious. Half my family had their food quickly. My daughter and I ordered a waffle and didn’t get them until after the rest of the family was done. I feel like the manager could have apologized or offered them for free due to the super long wait.
