Waited 20 minutes for drive through food which I ended up going in to get (defeating the purpose of drive through). A burger was missing from the order, the other burger was cold as were the fries. An employee answered their personal phone in front of me (while she was supposed to be helping me) and told the person on the phone she was “finna quit” ♀️ not surprised… none of the employees seemed to want to be working there. Not a good experience.

My little doggies were hungry so I orded them chicken fries (which they loved) hey they were hungry yapping so much I didn’t wait I just gave them some which was fresh and hot. Can you imagine there surprise? Food was great, when ever I can I eat at Burger King.

This has got to be the slowest fast food restaurant in the country. It certainly is the slowest in Brunswick. If you use the drive-thru, set aside at least 30 minutes. To make it worse, employees act as if they just don’t care. Only go here if you absolutely need a BK fix.

Paid with cash today and was not given the right change. Asked for the rest of the change, was given some but not all of it. Then the drive thru doors were shut on me. Hard to see how this isn’t stealing from a customer.

I waited in line at the drive thru for over ten minutes waiting to be helped, ended up having to ask the person behind me to back out and they still were not saying hello. Horrible service especially on a Sunday afternoon after church.

if I could make this star NEGATIVE.. I WOULD.. Terrible Service (UNDERSTATEMENT). The worst drive thru experience in my life! We waited 20 minutes for someone to even take our order in the drive thru. Pulled up cuz no one spoke a word. As we pulled up to get decent service, they take someone else’s order. Finally we pull up to the drive thru window wanting to order food. This girl decides NOT TO help customers at the window. NO SHE GOES ON HER PHONE IN FRONT OF US (CUSTOMERS), DOES NOT SEEM TO BE DOING HER JOB TO HELP WITH THE LINE OF CARS. THERE WAS CARS WRAPPED AROUND THE RESTAURANT. OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE HONKING AT OTHER CARS IN FRONT OF THEM. WE WAITED FOR 40-45 MINUTES FOR NOTHING. WE WERE STUCK IN DRIVE THRU FOR OVER 40 MINUTES BECAUSE OF ROAD STRUCTURE FAILURE (NO EXIT).
