Since 2017, Falafel & Shawarma Planet has been proud to serve homemade and fresh from the grill Mediterranean recipes to our Sacramento neighbors! Having moved to the U.S. several years ago, our family realized the community needed a place to experience authentic and traditional Middle Eastern cuisine in a modern fast casual atmosphere. This place is not only so clean, owned by a family team but makes amazing food! The shawarma wraps are so amazing juicy (watch out for your shirt) plus they can easily do spicy if you want like me. Go check them out your won’t regret it.

I recently visited Falafel & Shawarma in Sacramento and absolutely loved it! I had the chicken shawarma bowl — it was fantastic, and the garlic sauce truly elevated the flavors. Easily one of the most satisfying Mediterranean bowls I’ve had in a while.
We also tried the kunafeh, and it was delicious — the perfect way to end the meal. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the Sacramento area!

Family owned business. The father and son are always there, and always super nice and kind. I’ve eaten their food at least a dozen times and it is always good, very consistent. Prices are good for the amount of food. When I am starving, I get the falafel wrap, and sometimes I can’t even finish it because its SO FILLING and only like $10. When I’m less hungry or I want something more fresh, I get the falafel sandwich. The fries are also delicious! Perfectly thick, crispy outside, pillowy inside. Food is always fresh. The restaurant is more of a lunch spot than a sit down restaurant, so I usually call and order to go. Food is usually ready in 15 min, fresh and hot. Good vegetarian and vegan options. I will come here over and over again to support a family owned, local business with consistent, great food.

Honestly some of the best Shawarma I’ve had in a while. I’m pretty picky when it comes to this food but they have the best sandwiches/ wraps in the area. Every time I’m in the area I try to stop by, but this time I drove over an hour just to fulfill that craving of shawarma. Falafel is good, the chicken, beef, and lamb wraps are amazing. I can’t really decide so I just order one of each. Service is great, kind staff and quick to have the food out. Definitely one of our favorites now. Thank you guys

This is an aunthentic middle eastern shawarma restaurant. Those who worked in the middle east will surely recognize the taste. I spoke with the owner and he is really nice guy. He shared he also stayed in UAE for a little bit. The beef here are real and sliced from rotating beef meat just like in the middle east and the bread is thin and crisp! Really good. I hope they soon sell smoothies just like in UAE. Yum! Afwan guys! Maasalam!!
