This isn’t my first time ordering salads from Panera. I’ve always received neatly sliced bread with my salad. But today, I received bread that looked like it had been left over from the previous customer. So, to avoid wasting it, they decided to give it to the next customer. I went back to ask if this is what the bread should look like with my order, and the girl said yes. I wish someone would keep an eye on the dishonest people working at this establishment

I love their breakfast sandwiches (bacon, egg, and cheese on sourdough bread- not pictured because I swallowed it whole). Not too much of a coffee drinker but the caramel latte is my go to. Last but not least, they have THEE best cookies. Always friendly servers at the drive-thru.

Nowadays, it’s SOOOOOO hard to find good food and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This location had ALL of those qualities. The employees( they looked young) were welcoming and helpful. They had smiles. I have never eaten at a Panera Bread. The cashier was patient. Even the manager ( I assume) was very kind. THEY DESERVE MORE THAN 5 STARS!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. THE TEAM THAT WORKED TONIGHT!!!!

Had a terrible experience at the Panera in Jonesboro!! Server at the window got offended when I referred they/them as ma’am? My bad but I didn’t think it was cause for a mandarin orange in my cup of ranch:/ serious safety risk and fireable offense. So be careful if you run into a blonde man at the window. Their staff obviously isn’t scared to tamper with your food

Waited and waited in drive thru only to get 2 TINY $3.29 each drinks, ordered a cup of soup nearly $6 and a $12 bread bowl of soup. Got 2 cups no bread bowl and couple other things I didnt order. Bag was SEALED but had the correct receipt on it. When we opened the bag once we got back to the hospital found all this was wrong. $35 for 2 small cups of soup and 2 TINY Drinls

Should you need a trusted menu to give your MIL the options she needs, this is it. Panera can be counted on for a diverse menu of lunch classics. Great for a shopping day lunch that won’t disappoint.

This is one of the better fast casual chains, in my opinion. They have nice selections for all meals or snacks. If you have sensitivities or allergies they take great care in not cross contaminating your food. The pastries, sandwiches, and soups are all good. They even have some pre-boxed pastries available for purchase in the store. They offer a drive-thru, curbside, and in-store pickup. Overall, not a bad spot for a quick bite to eat.

Edit: This place can get expensive for a fast, casual restaurant. I ordered a pick 2 lunch combo with a chicken sandwich, soup, and a drink and it was nearly $20.

The food tastes good, but it is not good. The sourdough is not real sourdough. Two of my kids are sensitive to some bread, but they can have real sourdough and Dave’s Killer Bread with no problem. But they both reacted to the “sourdough” bread. Also the Mac n Cheese is definitely not good for anyone. We eat out frequently, but this was bad. It caused us bloating and other issues.

TL;DR I’m not a fan of the food at Panera, but it was made quick and the service was impressively friendly and professional.

I had the Roasted Turkey BLT. Wasn’t bad but not to my taste. Turkey was perfectly moist, tomato was ripe: an overall high quality sandwich.

My wife had the Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice soup. I liked it even better than my sandwich and I recommend it.

I’m disappointed in the lack of a Reuben or potato soup on the menu, but what they had was good.

The service was amazing. It took us a minute to decide what to get and I felt like they were aware and not rushing us. When we were ready, they jumped up to the register to take the order. On top of that, they seemed to take basic sanitation pretty seriously with someone checking the fountain drink station during our visit. It seems almost rare to see soda fountains cleaned
