When I got there, I was a little skeptical at first how the food would be. The lady who helped us seemed tired and rushed so I was more worried this would be bad. LET ME TELL YOU. They can be as rude as they want to me as long as they keep serving their oxtail that they do, because holy canolis was the oxtail out of this world. My plate was FILLED. Possibly weighing 5 pounds. Delicious, tender- and absolutely worth going to.

Could’ve saved my money. Got the curry chicken for my first ever. Not even worth it. Bland. Alil dry. No sauce unlike what they say on the site. Food was hot though.

Found this place on a whim. We were expecting a sitdown style restaurant but it is actually a food truck. We stopped by in the evening and decided to give it a try. At first we were kind of unsure about this place. But thankfully we gave it a chance. We got the jerk chicken and the jerk oxtail. This was hands down some of the best food we’ve had in a while. Absolutely a gem and a great hole in the wall. We will definitely be coming back here. Absolutely worth giving it a try.

Heres the thing, idk if the operator was having a rough day or it was the heat but she was rude. She seemed very uninterested in servicing us. As food truck lovers and good tippers we typically will come back to try a place if they are out of items but we decided to not even come back to try this place. I hate this experience because I LOVE Jamaican food.

We got the food delivered because it was raining. The food tasted great. We loved the oxtail, curry chicken, Jamaican beef patties, whole jerk chicken, baked mac and cheese, and rice and peas. Everything tasted great, but the curry chicken was our favorite. Since we ordered out, we did not get plates but we figured it out. Maybe next time we need to ask because we stayed in a hotel so it was hard to get utensils and plates.

I visited the food truck location after finding this place on too good to go. I was pleasantly surprised to find great cuisine available, however once I arrived it seemed like my business was unwelcome by the girl running the truck. She was super unfriendly, on the phone, gave me a look filled with negative tone. She then slammed the window and proceeded to prepare what I call a punishment meal for me. This is what I received. I think they can do much better than this. Super oily mushy rice, overly salty curry chicken. It wasn’t good at all, but I can’t believe that’s their norm. Thank you for the opportunity to try your food. I would try it again, but not from this food truck spot.

Food was fresh, piping hot and service was good. I didn’t know they were downtown and glad I found the truck in the corner of the parking lot. Check both sides of the lot, I initially didn’t see them from the other side of the lot.

Jerk chicken and ox tail meals. Both very good. Ox tail was tender with alot of flavor. Rice and beans were fluffy and well seasoned with the gravy. Jerk chicken was good too, the flavor didn’t penetrate all through the chicken like other places but the flavor was there for every bite. It is a good truck with only a couple tables but it was busy when we arrived. People mainly ordered to go.

Food was hot and fresh, portions were generous. I thought it was a restaurant but it’s a food truck in the corner. Some items weren’t available at the time so it’s best to check before going. This was my first time trying this takeout spot and will come back again. Gentleman who was the only worker was very nice. Prices weren’t bad for the amount of food you get.

Authentic Jamaican food like you won’t find anywhere else. The food is served cafeteria style, where you pick your meat and sides. I had the oxtail, vegetable rice and plantains. The oxtail was fall off the bone tender and full of flavor. Overall the food was absolutely delicious, one of a kind with hefty portions. The service was not very good, the food is served in a styrofoam box with plastic forks, it is dark and gloomy inside. Don’t come to this place expecting to be waited on. Come expecting to eat authentic Jamaican food, cooked up by an old Jamaican woman who still does it the way her great grandmother taught her.
