I’m so sad to see this place close. The food is always delicious! The speciality drinks are always amazing. We especially love the No Way Hose, the Unmentionable, & the Vintage burgers. Always cooked to perfection!! We love that the chef uses cooper cheese. The onion rings, french fries, & homemade chips are all delicious. We are going to miss this place! Thanks for all the great food!

Very helpful staff. They seem to appreciate the customer. I ordered the Hawk and Animal burger. (2) 4 oz. patties cooked medium as I requested. Thousand island dressing, caramelized onions. Awesome. The homemade chips were excellent.

Burgers were great. A bit greasy but loved it. Flavorful. One can dictate how beef is done. Had mine medium well. Fantastic crispy onion rings. Fried pizza was crunchy and cheesy. Ambience is light and laid back. Nice friendly bar.

Went in because I heard the burgers were good. Got my 4 burgers to go medium well and got them crispy BLACK was like chewing a tire. Way over well done. The fries tasted like burnt oil as well! I will not be going back. Check your food before you leave!

Solid 4 Stars. Ive been told to go here for months if I want a good burger and finally got the chance. Ceaser Salad was Top 5 in my opinion that i will go back and get myself. Burger options were creative and I want to get at least 3 more that peaked my interest.

This was our first time to this place and I have to say I loved it. Food was prepared perfectly and service was super nice and friendly. I will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the burger. I got the rum runner 2.0 and my fiance got the hawk and animal both were amazing. Also the frys are delish and actually made here. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely loved my visit to this place! It’s worth a detour just to savor their mouthwatering burgers. The portions were huge, especially the mountain of perfectly crispy French fries. The sauce was nothing short of spectacular. Each bite of the burger was a burst of juicy goodness, and the premium toppings elevated the experience. And oh, their drink selection, including an impressive beer collection, added to the overall delight. A must-visit for burger enthusiasts!

5 stars? Seriously? Not sure how so many, maybe friends and family? I hope the owner really considers this review. First off there is no reason to serve that many French fries with anything. Consider quality over quantity. I’m not sure what you’re trying to compensate for but it is really just a waste. Maybe considering serving on 1/16th of a sheet pan instead so looks fuller with less fries. I guess kitchen staff wearing gloves in small businesses is not a thing in Lackawanna county so I’ll say no more on that but they do not wear them here raw burger to cooked food no gloves or hand washing. Burger was nothing special average at best. Bartender I guess is owners wife was more interested in eating than refilling drinks. Odd the basement storage is through the men’s room….wth… I was not impressed and will not return or recommend.

Bleach that takes the skin off? Just the surface I want my food prepared on…Yum!
Gloves are actually required when handling any prepared food! Check it out…. I mean you do own a restaurant maybe you should know this. Again, Lackawanna County health Department is probably the most lax I’ve seen in my life, really just a health hazard in waiting.
Sorry you have a building you decided not to remodel, believe it or not you can actually change these things!
I’ll agree with you I did have 3 beers but mine did sit empty while your wife sat eating……
Forgot to mention she added someone elses corona to my tab, and then cashed me out. Then decided to run it again and refund me hopefully that all works out. Best of luck with your unprofessional, unethical, unsanitary business, people can eat anywhere, including home. Your establishment is not worthy of eating at.
Tell your kitchen staff they are welcome for the round of drinks, I came in wanting to try a good burger, but always write a honest review based on my personal experience, clearly I hurt your ego, and you can not take constructive criticism.
I bet you drive a big truck to compensate just like you do with your french fries! Doesn’t work!!!
