I visited around 11 a.m. and initially received the wrong flavor of wings. When the order was remade, the staff simply covered the wings with the correct sauce rather than preparing a new batch. I then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for fresh wings. During this time, I observed two other customers also voicing concerns about incorrect orders. Both the manager and the cook were unprofessional and dismissive in their responses.

Had a GREAT first time experiencing Zaxby’s! The staff was amazing and went above and beyond with catering to our needs as we were taking it on the road. The restaurant was super clean, easy to grab our mobile order. Highly recommend!!

Wife just picked up food. Specially said to make sure we got the sauces. We didn’t get sauce for our shrimp, cheese bites or fried pickels. They have screwed up every order weave made in the past several months.

Love Zaxby’s as a chain. The food is actually generally pretty tasty, regardless of location. This review is about this location. Every single time I come I have to wait 40 minutes and pay 40 dollars for food for 2. Way overpriced for horrible service. Today I put an online order in 30 minutes early and got to the restaurant and my food still wasn’t ready.
And then they offer an up charge for a large fry & I get 5 fries in my container. This location is pitiful. No sense of urgency or care about customer service.

My husband just got home with two salads. The two salads combined made one salad. Im so tired of going to a restaurant for take out only to be disappointed. Im disappointed, Zaxbys. Do better

I literally just left this restaurant. I ordered 2 meals. Both had 1 bite taken from each and I returned to counter to tell them that the chicken tasted freezer burnt/ rotten/ bad and that I would like it replaced with something else. Manager came over and took my order and I waited for 30 mins to get my new order and it never came. I watched other orders being made and mine never came. I’m here to tell you that this is uncalled for. My money either needs to be returned or my order needs to be shipped to my house. Cause I don’t live here and can’t wait around any longer for my order. The tables were extremely dirty for not having much business and the employees were not performing duties to get the orders. Do not go here. And until I hear back from this problem- I will continue leaving bad reviews for this location.

Company headquarters reached out thru email in January 2025 and stated they would send gift card for the amount I was charged for spoiled food. It still never arrived just like the fresh food I was promised. Stay away from this establishment – or at least this location.

Fried mushrooms the best thing on the menu… Chicken sandwiches and wings are average at best, went through the drive thru and took forever, had us pull to the side and said because of their new chicken sandwiches was the reason it took so long and those sandwiches came out looking and tasting like they were under a heat lamp for a couple hours…. Won’t be visiting this location anytime soon, other locations across the country we’ve enjoyed Z quite a bit

Location must have had an issue with their vent hoods because as soon as I walked in I was greeted with that white haze and smell of oil. Staff was friendly and order was ready very fast. Wings were really small for the prices they were charging. Can get a 10 piece from Roosters for almost the same price but their wings are much bigger. Went with Wimpy sauce and I liked the flavor but not enough wing to enjoy it.
