An Old Indian Man was at the register eating and wrapping up my order, Didn’t even wrap it up right too, no sticker to hold the wrapper in place and tossed my order in a bag. I also ordered a foot long cookie. The old man said “I don’t want to make it, it takes too long” so he gave me 6 individual cookies as I think is him apologizing.

My family member order a turkey and ham salad for me. I requested lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, banana peppers, oil vinegar, and MVP Parmesan vinaigrette. And they TOOK ADVANTAGE AND CHEATED my family member out of her money. They only filled up LESS than half of this salad bowl. I get this same salad at other locations all the time and they fill the bowl with lettuce. And add the other toppings. My family member didn’t know they were taking advantage of her. This location has over charged and done shady things before so I don’t visit this location. I tried to call and of course they didn’t answer so I hope this review deters someone else from spending their money at this location.

By far the worst Subway sub sandwich I ever had. I order 3 subs. 2 Cold Cuts And 1 Spicy Italian. Neither sandwich had the proper amount of meats that are usually on them. 3 pieces of each meat. The owner was very rude to the sandwich maker…I will NOT return there again, nor recommend them for anything.

I ordered 4 sandwiches through the subway app 1 day before Thanksgiving so me and my pregnant wife would have food for Turkey Day. (I work nighttime security at the Dedicated Senor Center down the road at 5900 Main across from the cheap way & Obama.) I was told they ran out of bread and to come back with my receipt when they open back up after Thanksgiving on Friday.
I came back Friday with the Receipt in hand, asked my pregnant wife to go ahead inside and grab the sandwiches before I have to go to work.
She was promptly turned away, told by a female employee with red hair and an attitude problem “I have never heard of us running out of bread. ” After that I entered in my security uniform asking if the manager could be contacted to resolve the situation.
The female employee’s boyfriend was present. He ordered me to remove myself from the store or: “We can take this outside.” The female employee then attempted to call the police on me, after her boyfriend threatened my life.
All I wanted was food for me and my wife for Thanksgiving. I have no food and I spent 37$ and was treated like garbage just for walking in the store.
(The other employee claimed not to know English. When I asked him if the female employee had actually contacted the store manager.)
I’ve never been so disrespected in my entire life.

So the lady is giving 3 of each meat on a footlong cold cut trio. I tell her it’s not the right amount of meat and suddenly she doesn’t understand English. But you are taking my order and there is no language confusion until I request the right amount of meat. So they then add the right amount for a footling and charge $15.00. I feel for anybody getting a 6 in. What do they do 1 and 1/2 pieces of meat? I learned my lesson. Subway should not allow their customers to be treated this way.

Ordered my food on the app and it said pick up at this location, but when I got there they didn’t have my order ready and said they couldn’t make it since the receipt didn’t print. I tried to show them the receipt on the app and they refused to make my order. The manager rude & unprofessional.
