Lots of parking and wheelchair accessible front door. Large walk way that would easily accommodate even a power chair. There was ample seating, booths and tables with chairs. The price was decent 15ish for a combo and drink. I got the French dip and a cesear salad. The sandwich was delicious and ill be gettung it again i the picture doesnt show, but there was a good amount of meat on there and i definitely was glad i got a half. It was very filling. The bread was delicious as well. The salad was meh at best tho. The lettuce and spinach were not chopped and it was hard to eat without cutting it first. There was a good amount of chicken for a side salad, around 6-8 over quarter sized chunks. The dressing was not my favorite either. Ill try another side next time I go. They had lots of drink selections and even lemon for the tea. It also smelled absolutely delicious in the resturant.

This used to be one of my favorite places to get lunch. I would eat here about twice a week. The last few times I have been the service has been absolutely horrible. Today I ordered via the Schlotzskys app and was told my pickup time was 12:07 PM. I got hung up a little at work and was about 10 minutes late to pick up my food. When I went to the counter I was informed by the manager they didn’t have an order for me. I went back to the car and grabbed my phone and double checked I placed the order to the correct location, which I had. I showed the manager the screen and he was kind of rude and asked me to explain what I was showing him. I pointed out the date, the location and the time my order was supposed to be ready. Mr. Manager then headed to the back and found my food. When he gave me my order he informed since I was so late picking it up (10 mins) the order was no longer on his screen. He offered no apology or no further explanation. I would think that 10 minutes after your pickup time would be within the realm of acceptable and should not have been a problem. The food is and has always been good but the customer service has really gone downhill at this location. I guess it Subway for me going forward.

Stopped in at Schlotzsky’s hoping for a good lunch, but the experience fell short of what I expected. The staff were friendly, polite, and handled orders efficiently, so customer service was not the issue. They were welcoming and did their part well.
Unfortunately, the food itself just wasn’t fresh. The fruit we received was badly bruised, old, and unappetizing, which was a clear letdown. For a place known for fresh ingredients and deli-style meals, quality should be a priority.
I appreciate the good service, but the food quality needs improvement before I’d consider coming back. Freshness matters, and this visit missed the mark.

This was a Schlotzsky’s on the other side of town than the one we originally were at for the first time. The food was good, just like the first time, but this one had an assumed homeless lady sitting out front that walked up to our vehicle the moment we pulled in talking about “hey baby, can you help me?” We declined and she proceeded to walk up to every car that pulled in afterwards. I’m not sure if she could be told to move along but it was very off putting we almost didn’t go in. The floors were pretty dirty.

Schlotzsky’s have the best sandwiches, my favorite is the Chicken Fiesta. Their soups are delicious as Ive had the Potato & Chicken Noodle soups. Then to top it off they have Cinnamon Buns for dessert. Everytime I have either walked in or sent for delivery, my orders are always perfect and fresh. To me, Schlotzsky’s is top notch!!

I adore Schlotsky’s and will go out of my way to eat there any chance I can.
This time, I got my standard turkey bacon club on jalapeno cheese bread for dine-in as well as a Tuscan sandwich to go.
Both sandwiches were absolutely phenomenal. The service was excellent. The store was clean.
I was hoping the hot sauce was something unique, but it was your standard vinegar based sauce.
I was glad they didn’t have the chicken and wild rice soup, because I would have had to order that, too.

A Battle Creek favorite that I will always order when I am in town. I love the veggie sandwich with a side of salt and vinegar chips 🙂
