I stop at this McDonald’s frequently since it’s located inside the Love’s truck stop on my route, but unfortunately, the service has been consistently disappointing. The employees often seem more focused on joking and playing around with each other than helping customers.
One night, I stood at the counter for about 15 minutes before anyone even asked for my order—and I wasn’t the only one waiting. I’ve also had multiple issues with getting the wrong order, receiving cold food, and waiting far longer than makes sense for a simple meal.
The location is convenient, especially for drivers like me who don’t have many options along the way, but the service really needs improvement. Hopefully, management will step in soon to fix these issues. Until then, I’ll probably be looking for a better stop while I’m on the road.

Pretty average McDonald’s. It was very clean, pretty spacious and it seemed to be well run. Service was pretty nice, and overall the items I got were decent. Overall, average, and a nice quick stop.

I travel between Greensboro and Danville for work. I’ve stopped at this McDonald’s multiple times over the past two years. Each time I’ve been severely disappointed. It’s a 50/50 chance that the food will even be edible. Last time I stopped there I received a sausage McMuffin that was so stale the English muffin was as hard as a hokey puck, 30 minutes after they opened for breakfast. I’ve received wrong orders, missing food orders, food that made my family ill, and the staff is uncaring and looks to be more interested in socializing with each other that serving food that’s even in the ballpark of good.

Without a doubt, this is the worst McDonald’s in a 200 mile radius. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. Your GI tract will thank me.

Consistently slow. Ordering takes ages because employees are far more worried about goofing off than providing fast service. Location has a taped to the door saying use the self serve kiosk for faster service.

I travel for work and end up in Reidsville at least once a week. My job is overnight so my food options are very limited so I’ve gotten food here several times. If you can avoid this McDonalds do so. Another McDonald’s is only 3miles away and it’s always packed because people actively avoid this location (McDonald’s at LOVES).

This is the greatest mcdonalds i have visited in a long time . As soon as you step inside the store the staff is there to greet you and they know if you did not come in they would not be there . As soon as you place your order with them and not on the self serve they are making it and in no time flat your food is in your hand and you are back on the road.

I would give 0 stars if i could the service was horrifying if you don’t like your job you should not have applied to be in customer service. The African american manager with the little twists was very rude. I asked her for a second because my app was generating the code & when i said hello she responded very rudely saying “you asked me for a second” yes but a second doesn’t mean a minute. Gave me ,excuse my language, halfass fries & Dr. Pepper tried to charge me 40 cents per sauce & then proceeded to let me know i could get one sauce of each but if i got more then one i would be charged. They were so indulged by the fact that i wanted two sauces of bbq, s&s & buffalo for 4 meals that they put not 1 napkin in either of my bags. I hate to leave people bad reviews but this place needs a staff cleaning. People who can’t be bothered to be nice shouldn’t be working there. This isn’t the first time i have received this treatment. This is only the second time i have been here & both times have been the same.

I am wondering how do the manager or anybody have a job at the McDonald’s on Barnes Street everybody is ratchet and rude… worst experience ever. It was so bad that I would never ever go back until they have new employees. Paid for a big Mac. I didn’t even get to eat it because they messed it up and for some reason. because I use my free coupon that was the joke or the laugh of the day. so couldn’t nobody take my order. because everybody was laughing about the coupon that I was trying to use. instead of the lady coming to the window to tell me what was going on with my coupon she proceeded yell across the parking lot to some random dude about how she need to talk to him inside the store. worst experience ever.
