I can’t say enough about the kind hearted staff. Vincent and another young man made a special pizza for my mom. These young men were very caring as I tried to not cry while explaining what type of pizza I wanted and why. Hooray mom ate! Only one piece but it was still a victory. These young men made me and my mom very happy on her last days on earth. You are a blessing.

This location is WILDLY inconsistent with the food they slow people to get. Half the time the food will be great the other time it’ll be burnt, missing seasonings or toppings, and overall not worth your time to go to this one.
Sending obviously burnt food out like it’s no big deal and hoping for the best is a terrible business model.

Never order a drink here if you’re getting delivery. I have never received the soda I paid for. You’d think I would learn by now but I am always hopeful. I know they don’t have their own in house delivery team and it’s done through door dash but this is ridiculous. Its as just as much the stores fault for not implementing mitigation steps as it is for Doordash.

I must have been lucky based upon the other reviews. My online order was ready as promised the staff is friendly quick and courteous. Another Patron came into the door at the same time and he got his two pizzas right away also.
The place was clean tidy and easy to find from the major roads.
I’m sure the pizza was made as it was supposed to be. since this is my first time at Little Caesars I have nothing else to compare to.
My general impression is the pizza is of medium quality as befits its price. The crust was not Chris that was kind of sloppy so if you are a New Yorker that would be good you just roll it up.

I stopped by to pick up an order for a co worker and they were extremely busy. It makes sense since their incredible pizza is such a good price. Anyways, Adam was working the front counter and he handled customers with the highest degree of customer service I have ever experienced. He deserves a raise for his valiant efforts.

Both times I have ordered a cheese deep dish pizza they have made it with pepperoni and I’m a vegetarian. This time, they remade the pizza but I am very disappointed with the quality of the remake. Not worth the wait, will go to a different location next time.

This was the most disappointing pizza experience I’ve had in a long time. Does this look like an extra-most-bestest pepperoni to you? Besides the underwhelming amount of cheese and pepperoni on this pizza, it was so dry and overcooked, it was like it had been sitting there for a stranger, not someone who called ahead for a fresh order to be made. I called the store to report this, and the manager, Vince, had told me this was a corporate policy change for portions due to “skyrocketing” cost of cheese. That doesn’t even address how stale this pizza was. Utterly pathetic. This company had really gone downhill. This was the 3rd consecutive time I have been disappointed by this Little Caesars, and it’s safe to say I will not be back. Hopefully this review causes the awareness of “shrinkflation” to skyrocket.

Ok here’s the thing. You don’t expect high quality or good customer service at Little Caesars. You get cheap, fast pizza and don’t expect anything else. The problem is, when you order in advance there is a 25%-50% chance it won’t be ready, or even started. Which is the POINT of ordering the pick up online! And then there aren’t even any back up hot and ready options? Not a single thing ready to go? Come on. Three times this place has left me scrambling trying to pull food together on a busy night. I’m done. TL;DNR: Don’t expect anything to be ready even if you call it ahead.
