Very cosy small place. The food looks fantastic and tastes good. I did not try the main dishes, but soup, nigiri, and mousse were amazing.

I ordered the Green Curry with seafood for lunch, and it was outstanding. The curry was creamy, flavorful, and had the perfect level of spice. While there’s an extra charge for the seafood protein, it was absolutely worth the price – the seafood was incredibly fresh and tasty. Highly recommend!

This place serves very good Chinese food. I went there for lunch and it was empty so we did not wait to be seated. Not sure if that’s the case for dinner or during the weekend. For appetizers, I had the veggie gyoza and it was so good. The soya sauce it comes with is not salty and I loved it. For the main dish, I had the mango curry with shrimps and would definitely recommend it if you like sweetness in your food. It is a bit spicy but just enough.

We had a great experience here. The food was delicious. Highlights included the scallion pancakes, chicken skewers, and drunken noodles. The curry with crispy chicken added a good touch and was super nice. We shared several appetizers and entrées, and everything was yummy and well prepared. The service was good and the staff was friendly. We sat outside, which made for a really cool vibe, although you are seating on a fairly main road (if that bothers you) the atmosphere was still great. Highly recommend if you’re looking for good food and a chill setting.

Cute place! Really enjoyed the Thai green curry and my friend liked the boat noodle soup a lot.
They have a large authentic menu which looked great, and in addition to that a more typical “American”/“classics” type menu. Only wish was that more vegetarian options appeared on the authentic menu, but that’s more a personal wish than a realistic one 🙂

We had such a wonderful time here at Laughing Monk Cafe. The atmosphere was inviting, staffs greeted us with a smile, attentive and friendly. The sushi was fresh and outstanding Definitely coming back again!

very quick and polite service. the dumplings are excellent and perfectly fried, as are the scallion pancakes! we had a wobbly table at first, but once they noticed they came over and fixed it for us without being asked. the music choices made me laugh. my only complaint is the qr code menus, as the stickers are in poor condition and my more sensitive phone wasn’t able to scan—but the food was incredible and i would happily go again!

This is a fabulous restaurant with a great ambiance. The food was perfectly seasoned, fresh delicious sushi, amazing red curry, best Tom Yum Soup, salad with the fabulous ginger dressing ever! The service was excellent, attentive, friendly and warm! We all loved this restaurant and you have to order the black sesame dessert which was incredible! Five Stars plus!

We just threw a private party here and everything was wonderful. O and her team were so accommodating with our requests. The vibe in the space with the decor, especially the giant golden Buddha, felt modern and chic. We ordered a combination of Thai food and sushi and all of our guests were so impressed. The best part was the people: the entire team at Laughing Monk did a great job and helped even or guests with difficult dietary restrictions get a delicious meal.

I really enjoyed my meal here! The prik khing was tasty with a nice balance of heat and herbal flavor. I also really liked the veggie tempura and no meat rolls from the sushi bar. The service was quick and our server was so kind and patient, especially helping my brother who doesn’t have much experience with Thai or Japanese food and needed some recommendations (he loved the moo ping and sticky rice!). I’ll definitely be back. 🙂

I can only smile with joy having enjoyed another incredibly delicious dinner at the Laughing Monkey Cafe. The salad was so fresh, tasty and scrumptious!! The ginger dressing is the best I have ever had. The yellow tail and salmon sushi were phenomenal with the ginger and soy sauce. To top it off we had the red curry with shrimp which was seasoned perfectly with deliciously fresh vegetables and shrimp which had a perfect texture and flavor. Dessert was Black Sesame and is a must try. Yummy for the tummy. The service and atmosphere are top notch. 5 STARS!!
