I really love trying pastas at different places and I really wanted to like the pesto pasta I ordered. However halfway through having the pasta I found a DEAD BUG in it. Looked like a small cockroach. It was a whole DEAD BUG, straight up stuck to the pasta. The food was delivered packed by DoorDash. I doubt it would have gotten inside during delivery or most likely it got in the food at the restaurant itself. Very disappointed with this place and their Health standards ☹️

I have been a regular customer at Crossroads Italiano for a long time and recently noticed Noe is not there anymore. I always appreciated Noe’s exceptional customer service. Noe was consistently attentive and friendly to everyone. The experience is not the same without him. I hope he returns soon.

Came at 830 and they told me I cannot order anymore. You close in 30 min… What’s the point…. Just close. Don’t just stand there. Mexican dude with a hat. Lost almost a 100 dallor order for being lazy… Won’t be back.

I’ve been thinking about trying this place for a while and never got around to it. I decided to try them out today and was surprised by their Alfredo pasta. it’s got good flavor and texture, a bit heavy but still tasty. their garlic bread is a little bit cold but still tasted good. overall I would recommend this place if you just want some good pasta. would eat here again.
