Just went here and the GIRL in the window had the worst attitude. Didn’t want to let me use the code, completed order before I was finished ordering, walked away when I was letting her know what I wanted. Got food it was mushy and cold. No other customers there so no reason not to have exceptional service. Would have gave 0 stars if I could. Will NEVER stop there again!!

I can’t speak to the service or atmosphere as I ordered through DoorDash. HOWEVER, I ordered an Impossible Whooper combo with a Dr Pepper and fries. I paid more to upgrade to a large fry. I instead got a sprite and no fries at all.

This has to be the worst location EVER!! Not only are the employees INCOMPETENT, but they are terribly rude!! How the heck do you charge nearly $9 for a FREE WHOPPER with cheese, extra mayo and extra lettuce?? The pitiful excuse of a supervisor acted just as slow as the employee, and had the audacity to call me a problem. This is not the first incident but unfortunately it is the only Burger King in the city. The other morning I ordered breakfast a #1 meal. They did not have tots so they gave me fries and charged me $2.49 extra and told me that it is how much the combo costed. Again… INCOMPETENT and rude. I didn’t have time to argue because I had somewhere to be. I’m sure corporate would be HIGHLY disappointed in this location, and they should really consider shutting it down!! They are an embarrassment to the community!! And I hope the employees working there see this!!

Ordered a #1 large size. Dine in. When it was ready I asked for 6 ketchup packs. Was told no there is a limit to 3 packs. As much as these meals cost they could at least give 6 packs. I got a refund and will NEVER be back to this one. EVER.

My third time here… it just sucks. And it’s a clear sign of poor leadership. Drink machine has maybe 9 of 100 options. Chicken fries were borderline salmonella. Burger was surprisingly hot.

I would not know how the food was since they did not have any food to sell me, or drink. Said they had ham, which would have been fine but no hash browns or drinks, kinda wonder if they even had bread to put it on. Would not recommend.

I ordered whoppers with bacon and cheese. Neither had the add on. I called about it and she told me that I would need to bring the food and the receipt back to get the correct order. It would not have been a problem but first of all, I had arrived back to work and that was very inconvenient. I feel that the orders should be checked for accuracy before sending a customer on their way. Some patrons are a great distance away before they realize they have dupped in the drive-thru.

Poor customer service limp greasy bacon and cold greasy hash browns!! And it wad 6 in the morning!!! My daughter just smelt the food and was nauseous!! Rude customer service and had to repeat our order 5 times and all we got was 2 sides of bacon, 2 sides of hash browns and a medium coke. Better check your food for freshness before you leave bc I would have never paid for it if I knew it was going to be cold and nasty! Burger King has a long way to go to learn customer service and quality of food! A good Moto for themthem should be if you wouldn’t eat it, don’t serve it to your customers!! The grease on my finger in this pic is from only only picking up a hash brown!! Redicilous!!! Although the best part of this experience was the fountain coke…
