Just went in to buy Xmas gift cards and 2 drinks and realized after my purchase they had some other cute ones elsewhere in the store. So I asked if I could put my gift card onto a different one instead. The man (wish i could remember his name) was so sweet and kind and switched it for me. Everyone in there was very polite!! The place was very clean and everyone greeted me or said hello during my short visit. Thank you staff for being so kind!

The drinks are usually good here…but waiting 10-15 mins in the drive thru is not ideal. Ill likely never return to this location simply due to that. If its once, fine sure we all have those days, but its an everytime occurrence. Baristas are friendly enough though

Yes, I would expect that when I order my product, the person serving me would at least wash their hands because when I came to pick it up, the person was cleaning, and after that, they came and made my coffee without washing their hands. I find it disgusting that they don’t wash their hands; they need to be more hygienic.

Very disappointed that I spent $8 and they didn’t even fill up my drink to the top, but instead it looks mostly filled with ice. Over the years I’m starting to feel Starbucks is snubbing their customers in so many ways with their drinks, reward changes and birthday freebie restrictions. I don’t want to support a company who doesn’t value or support their customers.

This is one of the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve been to, seems they are very unorganized, bathroom was filthy and had no soap or papertowels, they had storage boxes everywhere, the line was out the door including there drive-thru was also extremely long. I don’t think I’ll come back to this location, they are under staffed and unorganized., my coffee tasted ok but I waited 20mins for it.

Cooper at the Duvall and Sunset Starbucks is AWESOME! We were desperate for mass fresh starbucks coffee to take sail-gating to the husky game against Ohio State this morning. Cooper offered us with an actual “keg” of coffee that kept it hot on the round trip along with all the fix-ins, even a quart of oatmilk, and enough cups and creamer to caffeinate husky stadium! Everybody was impressed, and it could not have worked out better and I was even able to return the keg the same day, nearly empty! Cooper at the Duvall Starbucks is my go-to to power us thirsty dawg fans on husky game days!

See pictures attached. Tall salted cream cold brew from this location vs. same exact drink from another Starbucks in Bellevue. I ordered this drink every morning and never looked this trashed. Decided to try this Starbucks over the weekend but never again. The one here in Renton told me this is how it supposed to look and they’re sorry. I get that it’s a very busy location, but there’s a standard to the Starbucks coffee company.
