Employees were extremely nice, that is almost never the problem here…the quality of food is the disappointment at this place.
I have been here 5 times in the last 6-7months and 3 out of those 5 times I have had to wait for my order to be made and my pizza is EXTREMELY disappointing each time; the other 2 times I got subpar Hot and Ready pizzas.
Here are some of the issues I’ve experienced:
-Pizza has been extremely thin towards the center with too much sauce which makes the pizza soggy and disgustingly droopy
-VERY uneven dough thickness throughout the entire pizza
-Practically no sauce with burned toppings
-“Extra Most” looking just like the original classic
-Chewy undercooked Cheese bread
-Burnt Chessebread
-Uneven toppings and sauce distribution
-Undercooked centers
Almost a year ago, I waited almost 20min for a 16min order that was over $35, and when I finally get off to ask, there was another angry man inside saying he too had been waiting for TOO long. When it was finally my turn, I was told my pizza was accidentally given to someone else and I would have to wait at least 10 more min…fortunately they too gave me someone else’s pizza that came out withing 3min.
There is no way I am this unlucky.
I could go elsewhere and spend the same amount of money and get MUCH better quality and consistency.
If quality and consistency was what it always was, I wouldn’t mind the price increases we’ve been seeing, but to provide inedible food for higher prices…unacceptable and shameful.
My order from today, which I waited for, was so gross. I only had a slice and a bite of another and was disgusted by the quality.
I hope the staff aren’t the ones being held accountable for this failure…Management should be. These poor employees are the ones who are showing their faces to all the disappointed customers and might even get yelled at by them. Some might even get reprimanded by management due to poor reviews, but the ones solely responsible for such a let down is Management; they allow this to be a standard. Train staff properly or find someone who can do the job properly.

Put my order at 10:19 said it’s be ready by 10:36-10:41 got there at 10:37 and told me my order was barely being out in the oven.. came back got my order at 10:56, got home opened the box and it was not cut. Night shift is truly trash. Replace these people.
Edit: looks like they got new night shift people! Even though they took an hour for one pizza, at least this one was cut.

Not too happy. Ordered pizzas and wings over the phone, which was really difficult. Went to pick it up, and I was told we took too long and they “had to throw the pizzas away.” I’m sure they just gave them to other customers. The Extra Most Bestest pizzas (in the pic) are pretty good though, crispy, tasty, good amount of cheese and pepperoni. I was happy with the food, just not with the service.

I wish I had taken pictures, but I didn’t think about it until some of the pizza was already gone. The crust had large bubbles that caused the toppings to be unevenly spread out. One section ended up being mostly just sauce because of a big bubble. The flavor was okay, but the quality and consistency could be better
