Food at Panera is always delicious and fresh . The staff is friendly, but they should respond faster – sometimes it feels like they don’t catch what you’re saying. Otherwise, a great place to eat!

Not 1 employee greeted us. We were forced to order via iPad. Employees playing their music on phones and cook on his phone while we stood there. Got the wrong food served. Just an all around bad experience. Usually love Panera.

This experience at Panera Bread was overall ok but there were a few things that were not good. First, the prices are a little too high for what it is. There were 4 of us and we each chose the pick 2, 2 of us had water and 2 got iced teas and then we ordered 3 pastries and it was almost $100! Then they were not using buzzers for when food was ready and instead calling people’s names when their food orders were ready. Well, when you’re sitting at a table that’s on the other side of the restaurant from where the food counter is, and it’s busy, then it’s impossible to hear your name being called. I went to see if our order was ready, which it was, but was met with frustrated kitchen staff asking why I was just now coming to get my order. Then they were annoyed that it took me 2 trips to get all my food to the table (I was treating an older crowd and thought it was best for them to remain at the table and let me get the food). Don’t be rude to customers because of your restaurant’s downfalls all while charging a lot for your food. That part was pretty disappointing. The sandwiches were good as was the flavor of the soups, but the soups were barely warm; flavor was good though. The salads were all very delicious and the sitting/dining area was comfortable and enjoyable to share a meal at.

Sadly, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Panera. Corporate Panera needs to take a very specific look at this location. Horrible customer service! My wife waited for over 30 minutes to get a meal and finally decided to cancel her order. Instead of refunding the money for her order she was instead given two $10 gift cards. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize the gift cards expired in less than five days. Not only did we lose the money for the meal she ordered and paid for, but we also didn’t get to use the gift cards when we went to another Panera a week later. It’s sad because we have always loved Panera. My wife and I have gone there since we were in college over 20 years ago and we always enjoyed the atmosphere and food. However, after visiting this location, I can say the restaurant chain doesn’t even resemble what it used to be.

We have been to this Panera many times and today, Miss Nikki gave us the best care and service I’ve ever had here. The food she made was delicious. She made sure it was to perfection before we picked it up from the window. Thank you Nikki for your amazing service!

This is a great place to get a drink or some food and catch up with a friend. They were a little short staffed, so I ended up using the kiosk since there wasn’t someone at the register when I was ready to order, but it worked fine. My only frustration was that I was unable to get a receipt from the kiosk. My food was ready after a very short wait.

I ordered a breakfast steak sandwich and cappuccino. A simple order. After waiting for 20 minutes, I got lukewarm coffee and a sausage bagel. I went back in for hot coffee. The kitchen needs a good scrub and I’m not typically critical of that sort of thing.
I’ll go to the other Paneras in town, but may not return to this one.

Very slow service at drive through every time I’ve gone. AI summary of reviews in photos. Today I was one car back waiting for 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 salad and it to 20 minutes from the time of order to getting my food. No apology or even an acknowledgement of my presence by person at window. Just handed me a bag. Just went there for the last time.

Usually quick service at the register. Sometimes you have to use the kiosk to place your order because they are short staffed. All the staff is always nice, polite, professional, helpful, and attentive. If I need extra butter or an extra salad dressing or if I’ve dropped my fork they always respond to my request for help quickly at the counter. Busy at the usual meal times of breakfast, lunch, and dinner as one would expect so don’t expect you food to be ready in 30 seconds because it’s not possible for them to physically do that. But they are visibly working as fast as they can. They are constantly zipping back & forth & wrapping sandwiches & making food. I have never in all my years of going here seen a staff member just sitting around messing on their phone unless they are very obviously on their break. I always see staff working hard.
