Absolutely fantastic!
From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch—attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely friendly. The food was incredible; every dish was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the lamb chops and the lobster. You can really tell they care about quality here. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, too. We always come here & enjoy. Some days they have live music.

Absolutely loved my visit here! The food was incredible—every dish was packed with flavor, and the dessert was a must-try. The cocktails were spot on too—super refreshing and well balanced. The service was good, and the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for a great meal and a chill night out!

Service, phenomenal. Ask for Richie, seriously. I normally leave the server’s name off of this but this Dude was kicking butt.

Price: I don’t know. It’s a nice place, great food and service. I would expect to pay more in Philly or NYC but not get this atmosphere. I’m happy with the price point but be prepared if you go. Tip the server, enjoy yourself and do not go if you can’t do it 100% right.

Built and functional infrastructure maintaining rock solid ancient building since 1703. Spice & Roots is a fantastic fusion of Indo-American and Southern country styles added with a fusion of mughlai! same chef who carries authenticity since past 24 years The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, and the food is absolutely delicious. We loved the spring rolls , veggie pasta, burger and as well my friends had some zafrani style dishes mixed with of all fusion . The staff is friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking to try something unique and flavorful!

We went for Christmas dinner with friends and had such a lovely evening. Our waiter was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was wonderful from start to finish. The restaurant had such a cozy Christmas vibe, and we’re already talking about making this our new holiday tradition. Highly recommend!

Never disappoints. The staff is very friendly, and attentive. Always describe the specials with great detail. The main menu has plenty of selections for everyone in your party. Vegetarian or not, there is a meal to please all. Indoor and outdoor dining choices available. The drinks are a delightful compliment to meal. Can’t wait to return.

Kudos to the staff of the Pittstown Inn. I was a guest there and happened to lose an earring that was part of a set that was of great sentimental value to me. I called to see if by some miracle, they might have found it. To my delight, their cleaning crew had found it, and turned it in. I was thrilled to have it returned to me!!! So grateful to their attentive and gracious staff!
