Just because I have to add a star if not I wouldn’t when it comes to redeeming rewards you just don’t have a choice management has no control over what their system wants to give us vs what we as paying customers want acting like they giving me free food when I have made purchases here to earn my rewards I had to leave the restaurant without my reward and food talking about they can’t cancel the transaction bad services over all never going again uninstalling their app it’s always a problem!!!

They always take forever. When your in the drive thru they make you wait were you pay, because were you pick up your food they are getting timed . They are just so slow you wait in line from 15-25 mins always .

There’s already been several times I’ve came to this location and it’s like no one wants to work or care about taking orders. The lady on the mic for drive thru had a tone in her voice that made it sound like she didn’t want to take our order. When we got to the window she wasn’t going to hand us the right drink from our order, and even after I specified no onions on my order. The bun was different from the whopper and there was no marking indicating I had asked for no onions, and that bit of info was ignored too. There needs to be an evaluation here because this shouldn’t have to be the kind of experience I have every time I come here.

Love the burger s only restaurant that serves grilled burger. The Whoppers are great. Love the 2 for $6 deal. Fast drive thru, quicker than most. And I also enjoy the value menum. Burger King is the King of Burgers.

Ordered fries with no salt and got cold fries with salt. I asked the young man there if I could have fries no salt and got stale hot fries and an attitude. I recommend every guest go somewhere else since almost everyone has a bad attitude sadly
