I take reviews very seriously, before ordering I realized this location has one of the lowest rating score I’ve every seen and I wondered why, so I ordered food was good, when I ordered on the microphone service was fine I didn’t get any of the chicken sandwiches which is what usually isn’t good from this location via the reviews but overall good burger

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered ahead, paid for my food, and when I got to the drive-thru they still handed me an incomplete order. Missing drinks, missing a burger — things that should be basic.
When I mentioned it calmly, the staff and BOTH managers treated me with pure attitude. No willingness to help, no respect, no basic customer service skills. One manager even grabbed my bags and threw them inside the store to “check” them like I was inconveniencing her. Not a single apology, even after confirming they were the ones who messed up.
I’ve never been treated so poorly at a fast-food place. The management at this location is unprofessional, disrespectful, and clearly not trained to handle customers. This place needs serious attention from corporate. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend anyone waste their time or money here.

So I order 2 whopper small combos thru(through) the app. So the whopper were a bit on the chillier side ,but I still wrecked them things up! Honestly don’t recommend ordering this thru Uber or doordash or even through the app so you can get it fast just gets cold because they are really quick here. Thus the name fast food lol. One thing I have to say that I want them to hear is SPREAD THE PICKLES OUT! LOL.they all sit to one side. But I’ll be back. So get the pickles right;) I’ll update my score

I have a pet peeve. I ask the employees to make everything hot and fresh. They take the food in the warmers and heat it. Or at least thats what the food tasted like. Do any faat food restaurants serve food hot anymore? This one only serves me my apple pie hot. Disappointed!

Chicken was stale and had clearly been sitting out awhile. Onions on burger even though I requested it without. The burger, chicken, and all of the sides were cold. Cheesy tots were borderline disgusting. This location has only gotten worse over the years. I’ll drive out of my way to avoid this one in the future.
