This is a casual counter service restaurant located in the outlets. It was a nice change from the usual fast food places! The pizza and salad were very good, but the tiramisu was still frozen.

It’s road trip pizza. So it’s not bad. It’s mass produced. Will definitely stop there again if im ever headed to Ocean City.

I am extremely disappointed by the level of customer service we experienced. My husband and I stood waiting at the counter while three employees were present, yet not one of them acknowledged us. Instead of greeting customers or offering assistance, all three workers were on their phones, completely disengaged and uninterested in doing their jobs.
Being ignored is unacceptable. A simple greeting or “we’ll be right with you” would have shown basic professionalism and respect. Customers should never feel invisible while employees scroll on their phones.
Poor service like this reflects badly on the business and drives customers away. We felt unwelcome and unvalued, and after this experience, we will not be returning. Never again. This was at 11:11 on February 15, 2026. Nobody else was in line and there was one family eating in the dining room so there were no excuses at all which is shameful because the look really good for the first.

As a local real estate professional, my job takes me all over DC, VA, and MD. I enjoy simple, good food, and I’ve got to say, this place is amazing! For just $9, I got a medium spaghetti—super delicious—and some garlic bread. I hadn’t had time for breakfast or lunch, so I was pretty hungry. Let me tell you, the food was so good that I finished the entire plate!

This place must be the most disgusting Squisito I’ve ever step foot into. Their slice pizza’s are all old looking, cheese looks like dried out and old as if the pizza has been sitting there for hours. I ask for 2 slices of pepperoni, the lady pulls a cheese pizza out from under the counter then pulls a plastic container that you would get if you had leftovers not a commercial food container with pepperoni in there and wants to give old cheese pizza and add pepperoni that where not pulled from a refrigerator either. Who knows how long they have been sitting there. When I question how long the pizza has been sitting there. She responds you want me to make you a whole pizza. No thank you! I do not recommend you eating here at all unless you are getting a pizza fresh made, but who knows if they are even a clean place. I saw the worker cut pizza with a dirty pizza cutter that had food still on it when he cut a new pizza out the oven.

We just stopped to get take out. We ordered pizza, chicken tender appetizer and cheese steak sub. I was told ketchup comes with the tenders and fries. Sauce is extra 52 cents. After spending $ 61.00. You can keep your sauce.

I often forget this spot is at the outlets, but glad we remembered! They had (hands down) the BEST garlic knots I’ve ever had, and the pizza was delicious! We won’t be forgetting this place again. Loved it!

The food was great. The service was dreadful, Specifically Stephanie. We asked for our food to go, it came out on trays. I asked for a box and she was very rude, I let it go though. We then asked for a pizza status that we ordered after our initial food. She ignored us twice, finally went to find it and then blamed us for it sitting on the oven for ten extra minutes. She also was on her cell phone while taking peoples orders.

Caesar salad was on a plate and untossed. I asked for a bowl and they said they didn’t have any. Had to toss it myself and eat out of a to go contiainer. Alla picatta was ok and the penne vodka was bland as can be.
