Smart, rustic-chic spot for classic Southern eats in a contemporary atmosphere.

Second time here but first for dinner (other time was lunch). Food, service and ambiance were great. Tried the pork chop, chicken sliders, deviled eggs, bang bang shrimp and pork belly. All were very good. Also have a reasonable happy hour menu from 4:30-6:30

I visit the Atlanta area several times a year and always try a new place each time. This restaurant really exceeded my expectations. The food, the service, the atmosphere was phenomenal. I had the market catch with the rice & crawfish, and it was delicious. My boyfriend had the pork chops and he said they were done just right.
I don’t remember the name of the server, but he was fantastic with a great sense of humor and personality.
Was a completely wonderful dining experience. We will be back.

Secreto is our hidden gem in Alpharetta! Don’t let the strip center facade fool you — once inside, it feels like a midtown spot and has quickly become one of our favorite date night destinations.
The cocktails are excellent, and there’s a solid selection of beer, wine, and liquor. We especially love Sebastian, who’s been our server many times — and even when he isn’t, he always stops by to check in and make sure we’re taken care of.
The fried chicken alone is worth the visit, but honestly, we’ve never had a bad dish here. Always a great experience.

Hidden gem. Great food! Great cocktails. Good wine selection. We decided to go for a pre comedy show drink and ended up staying for dinner. I can’t believe we have never heard about this restaurant. It’s excellent.

My travel agency had a conference in Alpharetta and I was tasked with finding a restaurant for our team. And am I glad we found Secreto. From reservation to finish, everything was perfect. The service was outstanding. The food was so good!(Try the Roasted Red Pepper Crab Bisque! It was outstanding!) And the prices were so reasonable! If I ever find myself in Alpharetta again, I know where I will be! Thank you so much for having us!

If you want to avoid downtown Alpharetta and Avalon, this is a nice place to have drinks and/or dinner. I love the long bar, and the cocktails are always on point. I really enjoyed the Roasted Red Pepper Crab Bisque and the cornbread. My friend enjoyed what I think was Spinach and Crab (?) dip and the Shrimp-n-Grits. We were too full for dessert, so we had to pass.

We enjoyed a great dining experience here. The food was really good, the service was very attentive, and it was an all around good evening. We started with the bang bang shrimp and it was really tasty. Our entrees were the fried chicken and shrimp & grits which were both very good. We also added the collard greens & cornbread sides which were fantastic (highly recommend you add those).
We have no complaints, and our only suggestion would be more relaxing chairs. But that’s a minor consideration and definitely would not keep us from returning. We will be back because the food and service are fabulous!

Sorry, no pictures. I ate the carrot cake too fast. Wow! Love this place. My bartender Allana greeted me with a smile, and was quite knowledgeable on the Ocho tequila. Make your way to this spot. Crab soup is a vibe as well.
