No greeting. I ordered my meal online. I arrived 20 minutes later and my order wa still not ready. I was ths only customer there upon my arrival. The female employee acted like she had a thorn in her behind because she was barely moving. I retrieved my online food order through the drive thru. This lady just gave me my bad of food without a greeting, invite, smile, or thank you. No customer service and definitely lacking Popeyes Louisiana style. My chicken wings had feathers which looked like thay wanted to fly away. The employee placed 3 Popeyes boxes in a small bag rather than using a bigger bag or choosing 2 bags. The customer experience was bad.

The chicken from this location is very crispy and freshly cooked. But I got the chicken livers and they were awful. They were so crunchy I couldn’t even eat them. And there was something else in the box that wasn’t a chicken liver (gross). I took a picture for you to see it. Luckily, I dont trust meats that have large amounts of crispy bread, so I pick the bread off before I eat and I found this thing. It’s time for us to just have our on chickens. Now I’ll be traumatized for weeks……
