honestly i was disappointed when i ordered from there for the first time. many things were out that were not indicated on the app, and i had to go thru a cumbersome redeem code process. but i paid a second visit and it really redeemed itself for me. food was great, everything was there, and services were excellent. rating it higher cuz i appreciate their correction of service and would hate to see finally a local chipotle being rated so low if they’re indeed improving

Up until January 2026 I had never been to a Chipotle’s restaurant; never gave it a thought. But when the Concord, MA location opened up I thought I’d give it a try. The first time was horrendous; a very long lunch line, few people behind the counter working, a really messy seating area with trash and garbage everywhere, and when I got to the front of the line to order all the food was being scraped out of empty pans and put into my “bowl.” Okay, I thought, the place just opened up, I’ll give them a pass until they get the bugs worked out. I went back a few weeks ago (late February) and it hadn’t changed. Long lines, kids behind the counter with a deer-in-the-headlights look trying to feed the crowds, empty food pans, trash all over the dining room, and the food was almost passable, but not really. I’ve had it; gave them two chances to perform but they failed miserably on both attempts. Why do people like this place?? There are so many other local places to get good, inexpensive Mexican food without the hassle! I’ll never go back.

New location. Interior seating is nice. Taste is fine. Like normal Chipotle.
Portions have been noticeably smaller across multiple visits. Employees seem trained to give half-hearted scoops and shake off full scoops.

This location has taken a beating in the reviews since they opened but I think it just took them some time to get their bearings and hit a rhythm. I went here yesterday and it was great! Food was perfect (compared to other Chipotles I’ve been to) and the staff behind the counter were extremely friendly and courteous, and they got my order made and checked out within 2 minutes. Ingredients were fresh, place was clean, service was quick and friendly. What more do you need?

This is probably my third time going to this new location and I’ve tried to give it a chance. Last time I ordered a burrito bowl everything was slapped together and when I opened it it just looked like somebody had shaken it and presented it. The next time I went I ordered ahead of time and went at the exact time of my order should be ready and ended up standing in the restaurant another half hour. I tried to get someone’s attention but it was very busy and no one acknowledged me. When I went today at 1:30 to pick up my burrito bowl, the cafeteria was a mess! The windows are dirty the trash bins are all full and where you go get a drink, there are straw wrappers all over the place and not to mention the tables are dirty. I’m pretty sure they opened at 11:00 and why are the trash bins all full they probably weren’t taken out the night before at the end of the day. This place is just disgraceful. I’ve seen so many poor reviews and I can’t believe nobody has been spoken to yet or been trained properly.

I visited this location on Thursday night at around 8pm. There was a line of people waiting to order and only 3 employees there. One was making orders and working the cash register, one cooking, and one on their phone in the back. I waited about 15 min to order, there were 2 people in front of me.
When time to order I noticed that they were out of almost all meats, fajita veggies, Pico, sour cream, cheese and guacamole. Needless to say my bowl was very sad. The employee working the front was nice and clearly overworked. I should have skipped this location like many have said. It could be different during the day.

I used to go in NYC all the time. The staff here are checked out don’t have answers to anything about the food and leave customers standing waiting ignoring them while 4+ staff work the kitchen. It’s not a customer first location. Tables are always dirty while it’s quiet and no one cleans them. I accept it’s harder to recruit outside of major cities but something isn’t working here.

I’ve visited this location twice, and my experiences have been a bad. On my first visit, I was disappointed by the small portion sizes. I gave it another try and noticed the portions were more generous this time. However, I did have to ask for new chicken because he was going to serve me the last pieces of chicken. The most unpleasant part of my experience was when I bit into my burrito and found a chicken bone.

I rarely write reviews. However, this Chipotle is so consistently poor in service, extremely slow, always short staffed and staff which is consistently rude / disinterested. They are always out of many ingredients and extremely stingy in their portions. Today, noticed something new. They have taken away the menu, option of meats and their pricing. Gone for apparently a “new look”. Just all round terrible.

It’s so embarrassing to write a negative Google review for a Chipotle. I’ve visited this location a handful of times since they opened. The first couple times I chalked it up to just a new store getting their bearings. But now it’s been enough time that I felt compelled to have to write a review. They were out of several items including steak, pico, corn, fajita veggies. The items they did have didn’t seem fresh as I got what seemed to be the last of the lettuce and chicken. Nothing was being replenished while I was there. I left with a sad salad and a half filled, side of guac. Also, I asked for salad dressing and ended up with a red chimichurri that I didn’t even realize until I got home.
