I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I was seated but no one came over to take my order or even introduce themselves. I had no idea who my waiter was supposed to be because no one acknowledged me at all. I eventually had to flag down a random waiter just to get some help—thankfully, he was sweet and did his best to assist me, even though it clearly wasn’t his table.
The food, once it finally arrived, was actually good, which makes it even more frustrating that the service was so poor. I expected better and probably won’t be returning anytime soon unless things improve.

First time here with me and my girlfriend. We were greeted and seated quickly but waited a few minutes before someone even came to our table to take our drink order. Waited about 10-15 minutes before we even placed our order. Food took quite a long time to come out. When our food finally came out my food was cold but my girlfriends was hot. Had to get up to get someone’s attention to let them know my food was cold and we needed more chips and salsa. Our waitress was very nice but overall service and quality of the food was poor, it didn’t even taste like American Mexican food. We will not be returning to this place again. Our waitress was tending to the bar more than us.

Big Improvement from when it first opened until now, it feels like a completely different restaurant. They clearly had some kinks to work out in the beginning, but they’ve really turned things around.
The food was delicious — full of flavor and cooked just right. And the service was excellent. Friendly, attentive, and on top of everything.
It’s great to see how much they’ve improved. Definitely worth a visit now!

We ate inside a few months ago and my beef burrito neat was pink. The waiter never once checked in on us, no offer of drink refills or asked how meal was. I was very disappointed but yesterday I decided to give them a 2nd try and ordered Chicken fajitas for pick up and the were awful. The lettuce was browning and wilted and the meal over all was not good. I ended up eating 25% of it and then tossed it. I also ended up with a terrible belly ache last night. Will not be returning. I never leave reviews but this place needs some attention in the kitchen and the staff needs to be better.

First time ordering from here. Currently waiting on the food, but I always appreciate good customer service. Placed an online order, and wouldn’t you know it, Spectrum is down in the surrounding area. So my order was not received. I was able to provide my receipt, and without hesitation, the gentleman at the front of house, Jorge, copied my order from my phone, and went directly to the back with the order. Sometimes I do not care how the food is, sometimes it’s the customer service that I’m looking for, and they nailed it!

This restaurant has become a restaurant of choice for my family. It is close by and it has absolutely incredible food. We have visited this restaurant over five times and each time the food is just so good. It doesn’t matter what you get on the menu. It will still be the same quality as if it first opened up. The staff is extremely friendly and some of the servers are starting to get to know us. They do serve drinks if you’re interested. This restaurant is extremely clean and well kept. Definitely a must for those who love Spanish cuisine. We will continue to go back time and time again as this is our new Mexican restaurant to go to as a family.

My quesadilla was soggy and vegies not cooked. No cheese. The only good thing was the service when I picked it up and the horchata though severely overpriced for the small size was still good. Guacamole is always on point. Thats 3 strikes your out for me.

1st time at this location. The place was very clean and not too busy. We walked and were taken to a table immediately. The waitress came and got our drink order immediately. We got our chips and salsa, my wife asked for mild salsa and was brought Tomatilla sauce! She does not like anything spicy but of course I loved it and kept it to add to my meal and my salsa. Placed our orders with no issues. Dinner came and the food is great. She got Arroz con pollo and it was a huge portion. Enough for leftovers. She was very happy with the meal. I got tacos a la Diabla. I was not disappointed at all. Great dinner!! Jorge the manager saw that my drink was almost empty, asked me what it was and got my refill. He’s very visible on the floor and this is how you run a good restaurant. We will definitely be back again.
