I paid for a chicken strip taco and didn’t receive it, my drink was only 3/4 full, I ordered cheddar cheese in the quesadilla got the three cheese blend, ordered a soft taco with combo and got crunchy taco. Whole order was wrong! You really did a horrible job tonight so you earned a bad review!!!

Went there Monday 12/8/25 got 2 breakfast crunch wraps was the only thing I ate in 14 hours in 6 hours after that being the only thing I ate. I threw it all back up. So they either didnt store day before correctly or the stuff they served me wasnt up to tempt or pass its expiration date. Never ever in my life I never got sick at taco bell and never in my life I throw up and feel better in an hour. Till this day. Im scared to eat at this location now after that day.

I never leave reviews but this place deserves it. I ordered 2 quesadillas and a cantina soft taco with 2 nacho cheeses. I recieved 1 quesadilla and a beefy 5 layer and never got my cheese. This location is terrible.

Uhrichsville location is honestly the most difficult to order from, the wait time in the drive thru is absurd, and half the time the order is incorrect. Today I ordered a beef supreme chalupa, rolled chicken tacos, and a beefy loaded griller, along with two drinks. I paid $15 – I think that’s a little ridiculous. The order came out correct though. However my chalupa shell was NOT cooked all the way, half of it was cold & soggy, along with brown lettuce on the inside. Ive visites this location only 4/5 times in the last year because of the poor service and inconveniences.

They are always out of something, they can’t properly do truck orders, management is awful “Dom” or whatever his name is; is very rude. They constantly mess up my order almost every single visit, for example my Doritos loco taco extra meat no lettuce, this is what they ended up giving us. Didn’t try to fix it. They need to hire better employees, there’s only a handful who don’t give you attitude when ordering food, they typically forget items ordered also.

We go to taco sometimes, and everytime it’s atleast a 25 minute wait, busy or not! You never can use your card always cash, atleast 1 to 5 things there out of everytime, and my last visit they couldnt grill or steam anything which ment u was literally stuck with a taco lol ! I think the girl working here trying to put ljs out of business when I asked about a platter the man taking my order said it was on the register not on the sign after I placed my order the young girl came out from the back and told him and me that they didn’t have that platter. It is usually a number 12 at all the others I go to on a regular basis not sure what is going on with this store but management is sure laking I will not be returning here in the future so good luck to the owner. When you’re employee cost you money walking out the door.
