This was THE MOST RUDE DISRESPECTFUL Panda I have ever been to. No respect for the customers even after I answered correctly they come back with a smart remark an then automatically discriminated against me cause my apperance and the way I talk again even after verified by almost EVERY EMPLOYEE there I still got the WRONG ORDER and then just thrown in there with Orange Chicken sauce all over everything and messy ! Then they had the nerve to antagonize me there and be confrontationial. No integrity, no customer service and definitely discriminative here on more than one level WILL NEVER GO HERE Again an I am not even from here and nobody in this city should either. Also the main EMPLOYEE behind wasn’t even humane enough to speak up and do the right thing.. smh

First time writing a negative review. Genuinely upset the last 5 times (not exaggerating) they’ve had no egg rolls. Don’t matter the time of day, 11 am, 1 pm or 5 pm. They never have them. Acting like McDonald’s and that damn ice cream machine. Honestly wack. How does Panda Express not have any eggs rolls at 11am ? C’mon man.

Great restaurant. Very clean and friendly staff. Food was fresh and came out quickly even though I went on a Friday during peak time. I would definitely recommend this Panda Express.

Rude rude rude
I had ordered the orange chicken plate
And when I opened my clamshell box I saw there was barely any chicken portioned out. The rice was crunchy and cold.
So I asked if I could get this swapped out for a something fresher or another menu item.
I was met with attitude like I was a bother yet I paid out $15 for this garbage and I’m the one in the wrong.
I asked for a manager and she was less help than the kid I dealt with prior. She didn’t even acknowledge any part of this situation, mumbled something to the kid, glanced at me and walked away. The kid said sorry sir there’s nothing more we can do. I left the box there for them.
Lesson from all this
Save your cash and spend it at First Wok up the road. Friendly staff and actual real good food

to whoever makes orders from here be Absolutely Certain that you are getting what you ordered. the employees here have a terrible habit of “forgetting” to get your order correct. the past five or so times we’ve ordered from here there’s always one or two side orders missing or an entire entree missing. the kicker is you’ll still be charged for whatever you ordered and calling the store is pointless because they won’t answer the phone anyways. taking it up with the website’s “contact us” feature is also broken and won’t submit complaints for this store.

Ordered via drive thru cub meals for my kids, one of which was shrimp and chow mein and this is what they served. ♀️
My bowl was prepared fine, but the cub meals were not even filled a little bit.

Forget the 12 minute wait in the parking lot just for one side of Beijing beef – this is supposed to be string bean chicken and mushroom chicken. Where is the chicken???

Placed an order for a 2 entree plate , the entire meal was hard as a brick , including the eggroll ( which looked like a burnt sausage) and the Lo Mein was very dry! Called to speak to a manager and was told my transaction could not be found within their system. So not only does the food suck , but the management does too!

I did a mobile order yesterday (August 23rd) around 7:30 pm. The girl at the counter ignored me on purpose when I walked up to the counter. I could see my order, the only one in the MO area, ready for me. She helped two other customers while obviously avoiding making eye contact with me, and still ran away from me as fast as she could even when no one else was left in line to help. I had to walk behind the counter to get it myself, which is so awkward when you know you’re not supposed to go back there. Honestly, it just made me sad instead of mad. Like, I walked up to the counter and waited quietly for her to get to me and she just seemed so bothered by me being there. I think it hurt more because I just started going back in public after a bad car accident that left me unable to walk for three months. One of my first experiences back in the real world, and I truly felt like I was not welcome there. Now that I think about it, not one person said a single word to me at all during that visit.
Also, the kung pao chicken was a little too spicy– spicier than usual. But that doesn’t seem like a very big deal compared to how I was treated. I just wanted my food.
