I love this particular Starbucks. They are always prompt, professional and seem to make the same drink I could order elsewhere better than other locations.
Not only do I value the quality of this location…. but if they do make a mistake … they go above and beyond to make the customer feel appreciated while correcting their error. This morning I ordered a seasonal latte … and I drove off before tasting it. The beverage was only coffee and milk as they forgot to put the flavoring. I made a call, told them my previous order and they provided me a list of options regarding how they could make it right. When I came in to pick up the “remade version” of my drink …. not only did they make it a venti (instead of grande) but they also gave me a $4 credit towards my next drink.
I’m a very satisfied customer of this particular Starbucks location. Well done, Avon ☕️

Out of towner here… Started my day with a Grande Iced Coffee and a Breakfast Sandwich. Food & drink arrived quickly and the barista who took my order and made my drink wrote a lovely note on my cup. It was a very nice gesture.

Ordered 2 Van sweet cream cold brews in drive thru, they were literally white and filled with cream that was congealed. I took them inside to get remade. The girl literally made them the same. I explained this is not what I ordered, she annoying took them and added a splash of coffee and handed them back and asked if this was better. I told her no this is not what i asked for. She just looked at me…I pointed the sign and said how is what you have what’s on the sign? She said nothing so I just left with drinks and threw them away. I wasn’t getting anywhere with the staff and I wasn’t about to give them a fourth chance.

Order was wrong, service was the worst I’ve had in a starbucks, everyone ordering was frustrated with the disorganization of the employees. They were more concerned with mobile orders then they were with front facing customers. No one was in charge, and it showed. We will avoid this location in the future.

Robin at the window was super friendly and great at catching an almost mistake to make sure the drive through kept going smoothly. The crew making drinks currently are 100%on it. My drink is absolute perfection.

I recently had a less than ideal experience at a different Starbucks and because of that I knew for a wonderful location it needed praise and recognition! I’ve been coming to the Avon 101 location for about a full year now and have never experienced a negative moment once. The staff is wonderful and warm. I believe it speaks to the management of this team. Thank you so very much for greeting people in the morning with a smile no matter how busy you all are!

I don’t frequent Starbucks but I go there because my daughter likes it. Overall. It is not terrible but the prices are out of this world. Astronomically high. Other than that their products are not terrible I guess

You know what you are getting with Starbucks. This particular location offers nitro cold brew however. It is amazingly smooth and creamy without the additon of creams or sugars. If you enjoy cold brew but don’t want to load it up with extra calories, I recommend that you give the nitro cold brew a try.
