I hardly EVER leave reviews but I absolutely love Dutch Bros! The atmosphere is amazing. Everybody seems like they love their job. They are great conversationalist. It is nice to be able to go somewhere and be greeted with a smile and good conversation. I also love how they add little messages on the cups. It’s the little details that really make a company so great.

Each time I have visited this location I have waited 30+ minutes. I keep giving it a shot thinking the service will get better, but I can officially say this will be my last visit. No one has 30 minutes to wait on a cup of coffee.

Busy as always, but can tell it’s understaffed and only have one person taking orders is a bit ridiculous considering the line being backed up. Need a better manager to actually make this place run smoother. Love Dutch bros but this location is a huge disappointment

I love the coffee and customer service. However this morning I ordered through mobile order 53 minutes early. When I arrived they haven’t even started the coffee which caused me to have to leave the coffee that I already paid for. If this can be fixed the place is 5 stars

Who signed off on this parking lot / drive thru disaster?!? Multiple cops out front escorting / managing traffic flow!? How sustainable is that? My only assumption is the traffic will die down due to the cost of the product.. can’t imagine anyone would encourage someone to wait 20ish minutes for a cup of ice with a splash of coffee?! Ugh. The servers were so friendly and what I did taste of the cold brew was tasty.. had high hopes given how trash the local Starbucks is.

The vibes here are very nice! I can tell that the workers truly enjoy their job. Everyone was so very wonderfully sweet. This was my second time coming, and i’ve been having great interactions with the workers when I come so far. The service is incredibly fast in both drive thru and walk-up. The coffee is great, and there is SUCH a huge variety of drinks for everyone to choose from. If one drink isn’t your thing, you can always try something completely different. I believe this spot was definitely a great addition to Phenix City!

I’ve been over ten times this month. Yes it’s busy it’s a brand new well loved company. I’ve never had a bad experience because I’m patient. I know they are human beings, many which are new employees being trained with huge rushes of people and high pressure. So many combinations of drinks it’s endless. They will remake a drink easily if there’s any issues. Love love love. Bring the matcha back though.

Finally tried the Fire Lizard Rebel here and it is a game changer! The strawberry, banana, and orange combo is perfect, and the strawberry boba makes it even better. The team at this Phenix City location is always super fast and friendly, too. Definitely my new go-to order.

I’ve been 3 times since they have opened. My drinks have tasted amazing!!!!! Depending on when you go you may experience long lines, but definitely worth it!!!!! Can’t wait to go back.
