I will change my review when thier service get back to what it was. I ordered a Diet Coke online and it’s literally almost 20 minutes later and haven’t brought it out to me yet. This has been consistent over the last few months. I will admit before it was great, but now something has happened and consistently gone downhill.

Just got my two cornfogs and pretzel. The corndogs were so overcooked they split. Were dark brown, hard and greasy. There’s no way the person putting them in thistle sleeve didnt notice at least one of these problems. The pretzel? You got it, hard and greasy. Only sodas from now on until you figure out how to screw them up too.

We ordered, select cash pay, waited. It said Eli was heading out with our order. Waited 9 minutes, he never came. Really wanted sonic tonight. Took my $40 down the street somewhere else.

Shrinkflation is not the right way to make a profit off of your customer’s. I used to love the sausage toaster sandwich and now they are about 50% of the size they used to be!!! I think I will skip Sonic from now on and go to Brahms!

Ordered onion rings and told, “we are extremely low on onion rings so we cannot sell any. We can sell them tomorrow.” Why would you tell a customer that?? I came here with two friends they pressed the button to order two large drinks I ordered mine online and was going to check in when they got their drinks. Tell me why we had to press the button two more times to tell them they hadn’t got their drinks yet. Now it won’t even let me check in because we waited an hour for their drinks. Safe to say I won’t be coming back!

If I could give a 0 I would. Went and ordered a large sweet tea with lemon and received unsweet tea. I asked them to fix it for me and they took my drink from me and then brought the same drink back to me. They always mess up drink orders.
