Highly highly recommend! We had the most magical time at the Igloo experience at the Creamery! The igloo itself is adorable and so cozy, and the holiday décor made it even more festive. The sundaes were absolutely delicious—fun to make and even better to eat! The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience seamless and fun for the whole family. Can’t wait to come back and do it again!

Ice cream and fast food place. They have good options. The servers were nice and helped us with our ice cream order. The quantities are big. We got baby vanilla cup and a small twist (chocolate/vanilla) dipped cup.

I wouldn’t even give one star, but that’s the only choice I have to give the Italian beef was terrible. It was burnt. The meat was burnt. They put it on my sandwich and all you could taste was burnt food. My wife ordered a Chicago dog and it did not come the way it should have. It was also terrible but on a good side note, the french fries were good and the sprite was perfect.

We tried to buy a sundae today but the doors were locked @ 4:15 on a Saturday 1/3/26.
There was an attendant at the register and 2 customers in the waiting area, but there was no attempt to let us in. Very strange.
Sorry we left and decided to find another I e cream establishment to order a sundae.

It was dirty and they messed up by not putting Whipped Cream on my Sundae. Also when I got My Iced Cream, which was one flavor, there was a little bit of another flavor in it. I don’t think the Staff rinses the scoops between different scoops. I like My Ice Cream places to be Plush instead of Iron… Lol!

Not a fan of this place anymore, we use to come here alot. The young high school twerps always working too busy chit chatting with each other or not coming to the window right away to order. The ice cream is very skimpy for the amount of money you pay. They use to give you a decent amount of ice cream. I guess they have to over charge to pay for all the Christmas lights decorations and electric bill for all that. Very disappointed in the customer service and ice cream. Not to mention they always have rotten bananas on the counter when we pull up to pay. It doesn’t look appealing and we always get a sundae with rotten bananas.

I have a love/hate relationship with this place. I have pretty good memories here and lately Ive been pretty disappointed. I came here a few weeks ago and I saw one of the servers put her shoe on the counter to tie her laces…on the same counter they scoop and serve ice cream…I told her to clean the counter and she promptly did. The other day they messed up my order and they redid it and the ice cream and toppings were spilling out the sides and it got all over my car. It really sucks because their cookie dough is fantastic and I like the location and space-its always packed and filled will families and friends!

I was leaving Bengtson’s and decided to stop for the first time after driving pass them for years. I was excited to see what they had to offer and heard they were the only place in the South Subs that had Dole Whip! I went in and looked at the menu, then went to the counter. About 5 minutes later, a young female worker walked up with some interesting soft serve concoctions and called out a customer’s name. I asked if the concoctions were sundaes & she ignored me & rushed off to the back where I later noticed another young woman & man were “working”. I waited a couple of more minutes before walking out. It was extremely rude and disrespectful to be ignored in that way. I wondered if she’d treated everyone that way or just those who look like me. All she had to say was, ‘I’ll be right with you” or something to that extent. I was very disappointed and my taste for this place has definitely gone sour. I’m sure I’ll find Dole Whip at some other place. I surely will never step foot in one of these establishments again!
