Did an online order using the app so i wouldn’t have to wait in line but still had too! Server couldn’t find my order had to pull it up on app so needless to say my food wasn’t ready.Cashier was very patient and polite but her bagger wasn’t she basically tossed my bag on the counter.Wont be visiting again.

The WORST restaurant experience I have ever had. My order was for one wrong, made very poorly. The service was terrible. The cashier had an attitude and they everything into our bag. I will never be returning. They either need a whole new crew or just be shut down honestly.

You should have seen them scrambling around trying to figure out how to HIDE my truck and tool trailer from the drive time camera, where they usually ask you to pull up and wait. This is where they try to cheat the process time being recorded for the head office to view. I just think its funny. Their food is great though.

Horrible service. No one in the entire restaurant had their order correct. I watched 5 people walk back up and tell them their order was wrong. They take your name when you order, but then instead of calling your name when your order is ready, they call out the food order aloud (“Who had a cheeseburger and hot ham?!”) and if multiple people ordered the same thing, confusion ensued. They employees were not rude or anything, just clueless. This is the new generation of employees we have in this country. Sad. Also, three of the drinks in the multi-beverage station worked or came out correctly .

This place is a joke. Every single item on my order was wrong. After waiting for 10 minutes at the drive thru, they had me pull ahead for another 20. After getting my food, they still forgot a couple of items so I parked and went inside to get it corrected. They told me that they had to see the receipt (which they never gave me) and refused to give me the additional items I paid for. After REORDERING it and REPAYING, I can proudly say that the workers there on July 4, 2025 around 10am are not smart at all. This place doesn’t deserve to serve the people of this community. I sincerely hope the manager on site this morning is fired or something because it’s inexcusable.

Went through the drive thru. The cost was $11.??. French fries were cold, I got the Bacon Frisco Burger and it was awful. The hamburger was cold and extremely dry. Like it had been sitting awhile. The young man at the drive thru was very nice. The food was horrible.

No AC in building….no POS machines working at front counter. No organization with keeping track of orders, total confusion with food runners and kitchen staff. Waited an exceptionally long time and was asked repeatedly what my order was….someone needs to come to this restaurant and have proper management turn store around or IDK how it’s gonna stay open.
