Reviews
On a simply Friday night I set out on a quest for a meal. A simple meal that required only a cheese and pepperoni pizza. A task I would suspect any competent pizza establishment could carry out on a whim.
To my disdain, the man speaking through the drive-thru communication system informed me it would take 10 minutes for a pizza with pepperoni. Alas, I was content to wait.
Historically the mighty tortoise has been the go-to allusion for lack of speed and lackadaisical activities. On the night of December 12th a shiver must’ve ran down every tortoise’s spine as they had been dethroned as the sole king of slowness.
This abomination of a pizza establishment put on perhaps the most pathetic display I’ve witnessed in 20+ years of pizza consuming.
It was perhaps irony or mockery that I sat and stared at a sign that read “Hot-n-Ready” for an unimaginable 40 minutes. There has been no greater lie than that “Hot-N-Ready” sign.
Several comrades, 10 I believe, gathered in the waiting area for sustenance that never arrived. We suffered a fate similar to Caesar, as an entity we once trusted so brazenly stabbed us when we least expected it.
I watched as the vagabond behind the counter carelessly gave away cheese and pepperoni pizzas to passer-bys of the drive-thru.
Was I not worthy? Was my faith misplaced? When I questioned where my pizzas were, the slapdash employee gave me a look of befuddlement akin to a kindergartener when asked why they ate the crayons.
I could bear the wait no longer. I walked out of the Little Caesars empty-handed and $13 poorer. My wait simply couldn’t go on any longer.
I begrudgingly ordered some Domino’s instead. It wasn’t what I wanted, but at least it arrived.
As long as I live I shall never return to this Little Caesars. I fear that my fellow comrades I saw on the night of December 12th may still be there, awaiting a dinner that will never arrive.
This location disappointed, neigh, FAILED their loyal customers. We deserve better, and will find it somewhere else.
It took me three times to explain to her that it was an order pick up.
I’m sure she didn’t have a good day so I didn’t press it with her but wanted to note this in the review for online pick up orders. Customer Service needs to be improved or y’all need to hire more people so that the workers aren’t so overworked they can’t perform basic parts of their job.
The girl working the counter called a manager in Spanish to the front and supposedly explained about the pizza being wrong again in Spanish. That was totally not perfesional. They made us another pizza . It too was wrong. So we asked for our money back . We were furious !! It wasted out time and gas. They DIDNT even offer any free pizza of another kind or anything.
WE WONT BE BACK HERE AGAIN.
Went to another place farther away
On May close ther Heffner store and after calling in our order ther and driving to go pick it up , OUR ORDER WAS WRONG AGAIN FOR THE 3RD TIME. Not only us with wrong order but we saw 3 or 4 others having same issue. These 2 places are horrible . We will avoid ordering from them at all cost
Again , No Offer of a free pizza next time or offer to give us money back. We had to tell them we want our money back and No apology was given.
I’m standing in the lobby as I type this and listening to her complain. Bless the other two who are still trying their hardest.
I’ve got a complaint for you. I work for a delivery service and was supposed to have dropped off that order that you keep getting distracted from 20 minutes ago.
